FLG—Ⅰ、Ⅱ型路橋?qū)S梅浪苛希且詢?yōu)質(zhì)石油瀝青為基礎(chǔ),經(jīng)乳化,以特殊高分子材料改性的水涂料,它能有效地阻止水的滲透,并與混凝土、磚石砌體、砂漿抹面等有很強(qiáng)的粘接力,結(jié)合成一體達(dá)到良好的防水效果。
特點(diǎn):
1、 該防水層成模塊,防水效果好,價(jià)格低。
2、 施工工藝簡(jiǎn)單,既可以人工涂刷,也可以機(jī)械噴涂,兩種施工方法均可達(dá)到同樣的效果。
3、 防水層粘接力,抗堿力強(qiáng)。
4、 耐高溫,耐腐蝕,耐老化,使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
應(yīng)用范圍
1、 公路、鐵路橋面承受動(dòng)荷載以及拉裂性要求高的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)。
2、 建筑物面、地下、隧道工程防水。
3、 使用環(huán)境溫度-20度—90度,在經(jīng)瀝青混凝土推鋪溫度160度左右后,不影響其長(zhǎng)期使用性能。
施工工藝
1、 基層處理:新建混凝土達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)程度,表面溫度裂縫及自然收縮基本完成,基層表面不得有浮塵、污物、油脂、積水等達(dá)到清潔干燥。
2、 施工必須設(shè)備齊全、性能良好。
3、 涂刷前將涂料攪拌均勻,施工過(guò)程中應(yīng)保持間斷性攪拌以防沉淀。
4、 噴涂第一遍FLG型橋面專用防水涂料(原FYT型)前應(yīng)適當(dāng)加稀釋劑,使其具有一定的滲透性。表干后噴涂第二遍橋面專用防水涂料一號(hào)料(原FYT型),表面實(shí)干后再噴涂第三遍防水涂料二號(hào)料(原FYT型),知道達(dá)到理想厚度。
5、 養(yǎng)護(hù):自然養(yǎng)護(hù)24小時(shí),避免行人車輛通過(guò)。
6、 施工溫度:在5度—35度為宜,若夏天超過(guò)35度以上,可適當(dāng)灑些冷水降溫。干后即可施工。
7、 理論用量:當(dāng)干膜厚度為1mm時(shí),其用量為1.9kg/m2,橋面涂膜厚度一般0.7mm左右,其用量為1.6kg/m2。

產(chǎn)品包裝、運(yùn)輸和貯存
1、 產(chǎn)品為50kg鐵桶、200kg鐵桶包裝。
2、 產(chǎn)品無(wú)毒、不宜爆炸、不宜燃,按一般運(yùn)輸即可。
3、 產(chǎn)品貯存為6個(gè)月,應(yīng)在通風(fēng)干燥處存在,避免陽(yáng)光暴曬。
4、 耐高溫,耐腐蝕,耐老化,使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

construction technology

After surface drying, spray No. 1 (original FYT type) of special waterproof coating for bridge deck for the second time, then spray No. 2 (original FYT type) of waterproof coating for the third time after surface drying, and know the ideal thickness.
