工程設(shè)計階段:
主要是完成整車各總成及零部件的設(shè)計,協(xié)調(diào)各總成之間以及總成與整車之間的矛盾。因為新車有超過2萬個零部件,很多零件都沒有開模生產(chǎn)。因此原來的測試零部件和總成產(chǎn)品都是通過CNC加工和鈑金制作出來的。首先CNC加工樣件的表面效果和精度同樣跟編程人員的技術(shù)有很大關(guān)系,其次對一些造型復(fù)雜,加工面多的工件需要用到五軸加工中心,加工成本高昂甚至沒有辦法加工到位。
