一、進(jìn)口冷凍魚肉類產(chǎn)品要求： 
1、內(nèi)外包裝使用無毒、無害的材料，完好無破損； 
2、內(nèi)外包裝上應(yīng)當(dāng)標(biāo)明產(chǎn)地國、品名、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)注冊號、生產(chǎn)批號； 
3、外包裝上應(yīng)當(dāng)以中文標(biāo)明規(guī)格、產(chǎn)地（具體到州/省/市）、目的地、生產(chǎn)日期、保質(zhì)
   期、儲存溫度等內(nèi)容，目的地應(yīng)當(dāng)標(biāo)明為中華人民共和國，加施輸出國家或者地區(qū)
   官方檢驗(yàn)檢疫標(biāo)識。
4、裝運(yùn)進(jìn)口肉類產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)輸工具和集裝箱，應(yīng)當(dāng)在進(jìn)口口岸檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)的 監(jiān)督下實(shí)施防
   疫消毒處理
5、提供進(jìn)口動植物檢疫 許可證、輸出國家或者地區(qū)官方出具的相關(guān)證書正本原件、貿(mào)易合
   同、提單、裝箱單、發(fā)票等單證、衛(wèi)生許可證
First,requirements for imported frozen fish products
1、External packaging using non-toxic, harmless materials, good condition without damage
2、Packaging should be marked the country of origin, product name, manufacturer registration number, batch number
3、It should be marked on the packaging in Chinese about specifications, origin (specific to state / province / city), destination, date of manufacture, shelf Life,storage temperature and other content. the destination should be marked as People's Republic of China, and exporting country or region
 official inspection and quarantine logo.
4、Container of imported meat products should do disinfection and quarantine under the supervision of costumes office
5、Provide animal and plant quarantine import licenses, trade contract, bills of lading, packing lists, invoices and other documents, health permits
二、進(jìn)口冷凍魚肉類產(chǎn)品注意事項(xiàng)：
1、收發(fā)貨人備案：國家質(zhì)檢總局對向中國境內(nèi)出口肉類產(chǎn)品的出口商實(shí)施備案管理，并定期公布已經(jīng)備案的出口商、代理商名單。因此，檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)對進(jìn)口肉類產(chǎn)品收貨人實(shí)施備案管理。已經(jīng)實(shí)施備案管理的收貨人，方可辦理肉類產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口手續(xù)。
2、進(jìn)境動植物檢疫許可證：國家質(zhì)檢總局對進(jìn)口肉類產(chǎn)品實(shí)行檢疫審批制度，進(jìn)口肉類產(chǎn)品的收貨人應(yīng)當(dāng)在簽訂貿(mào)易合同前辦理檢疫審批手續(xù)，取得進(jìn)境動植物檢疫許可證。國家質(zhì)檢總局根據(jù)需要，按照有關(guān)規(guī)定，可以派員到輸出國家或者地區(qū)進(jìn)行進(jìn)口肉類產(chǎn)品預(yù)檢。 
3、指定口岸進(jìn)口：進(jìn)口肉類產(chǎn)品應(yīng)當(dāng)從國家質(zhì)檢總局指定的口岸進(jìn)口。因?yàn)橹付ǖ倪M(jìn)口口岸的檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)具備進(jìn)口肉類產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)場查驗(yàn)設(shè)備設(shè)施和相應(yīng)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員。進(jìn)口肉類產(chǎn)品會被存儲在檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)可并報(bào)國家質(zhì)檢總局備案的存儲冷庫或者其他場所。
Second, imported frozen fish products Precautions
1、Consignee or consignor record：inspection and quarantine agencies to implement the consignee on the import of meat products for record management. Consignee record management has to be implemented before handling meat products import formalities.
2、Animal and plant quarantine permit:QSIQ implement quarantine on imported meat products approval system. imported meat products should do quarantine approval procedures before signing trade contracts
3、Designated port imports:Because the specified port of import inspection and quarantine institutions have on-site inspection of imported meat products equipment and facilities and appropriate professional and technical personnel
三、商檢報(bào)關(guān)查驗(yàn)的內(nèi)容：
1、檢查運(yùn)輸工具是否清潔衛(wèi)生、有無異味，控溫設(shè)備設(shè)施運(yùn)作是否正常，溫度記錄是否符
   合要求； 
2、核對貨證是否相符，包括集裝箱號碼和鉛封號、貨物的品名、數(shù)（重）量、輸 出國家或
   者地區(qū)、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)名稱或者注冊號、生產(chǎn)日期、包裝、輸出國家或者地區(qū)官方證書編號、
   標(biāo)志或者封識等信息；         
3、查驗(yàn)包裝是否符合食品安全國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求；
4、預(yù)包裝魚肉類產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)簽是否符合要求；
5、對冷凍魚肉類產(chǎn)品還應(yīng)當(dāng)檢查新鮮程度、中心溫度是否符合要求、是否有病變以及肉眼
   可見的寄生蟲、異物及其他異常情況，必要時進(jìn)行蒸煮試驗(yàn)。
Third,customs inspection contents
1、Check whether the transport is clean and without odor, temperature control devices are functioning properly, the temperature record meets the requirement
2、Check whether the goods certificate matches which including the container number and the seal number, name of goods, the number of (weight), the exporting country, manufacturer name or registration number, date of manufacture, packaging, an official certificate of the exporting country or area code
3、Checking whether the package meets requirements of national food safety standards
4、Labeling of pre-packaged meat products meets the requirements
5、Frozen fish meat products should also check the freshness, the center temperature meets the requirements, whether has visible parasites, foreign bodies and other unusual circumstances, when necessary, conduct steaming tests
