SAA認(rèn)證為澳大利亞的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)構(gòu)為Standards Association of Australian旗下認(rèn)證，所以很多朋友把澳大利亞認(rèn)證稱為。進(jìn)入澳大利亞市場(chǎng)的電器產(chǎn)品必須符合SAA認(rèn)證。SAA 的標(biāo)志主要有兩種，一種是形式認(rèn)可，一種是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)標(biāo)志。形式認(rèn)證是只能樣品負(fù)責(zé)，而標(biāo)準(zhǔn)標(biāo)志是需每個(gè)進(jìn)行工廠審查的。SAA的認(rèn)證范圍主要分為質(zhì)量管理體系； 環(huán)境管理體系； 職業(yè)健康與安全管理； 信息安全管理； 常見(jiàn)產(chǎn)品申請(qǐng)澳大利亞SAA認(rèn)證的周期是3-4周，如果產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不達(dá)標(biāo)，可能日期會(huì)有所延長(zhǎng)。如果運(yùn)送的產(chǎn)品未獲認(rèn)證，將會(huì)扣留或沒(méi)收產(chǎn)品或罰款。

2，要求
1.新法令將從今年3月1日正式實(shí)行。
2.SAA認(rèn)證和C-Tick認(rèn)證講逐步取消，代之以RCM認(rèn)證，該認(rèn)證涵蓋安規(guī)和EMC（C—TIck可能仍然會(huì)適用于一些小功率的無(wú)線產(chǎn)品）。
3.所有電子產(chǎn)品，將分為三類：High，medium, low Risk。我們目前沒(méi)有詳細(xì)的劃分范圍資料，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，電池驅(qū)動(dòng)和電壓在12V以下的產(chǎn)品是低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，240V標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓產(chǎn)品為中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，高電壓產(chǎn)品為高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品的緩沖期是6個(gè)月，中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品緩沖期為3年（該期限是澳洲相關(guān)協(xié)會(huì)的建議，但是具體法令上政府還沒(méi)有最終確認(rèn)）。
4.RCM認(rèn)證只能由澳洲當(dāng)?shù)毓旧暾?qǐng)，該公司必須向澳洲政府申請(qǐng)一個(gè)RCM號(hào)碼。中國(guó)生產(chǎn)商和出口商可以用自己的名義申請(qǐng)IEC或者AS/NZS報(bào)告，但是該報(bào)告必須交由澳洲進(jìn)口商來(lái)申請(qǐng)RCM。申請(qǐng)注冊(cè)費(fèi)用為每年每產(chǎn)品每商標(biāo)75澳幣（舉例說(shuō)明，澳洲某個(gè)公司擁有兩個(gè)商標(biāo)：A和B，他從中國(guó)進(jìn)口了完全相同的一個(gè)批次的產(chǎn)品，一半打上A的商標(biāo)，一個(gè)打上B的商標(biāo)，那意味著必須支付150澳幣每年的注冊(cè)費(fèi)用）。
5.根據(jù)該專家的意見(jiàn)，由于進(jìn)口商將承擔(dān)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不合格的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)（責(zé)任方），而且非澳洲公司無(wú)法直接申請(qǐng)RCM認(rèn)證。則估計(jì)，越來(lái)越多的稍有規(guī)模的澳大利亞公司，會(huì)改變目前為了降低費(fèi)用，由中國(guó)生產(chǎn)廠承擔(dān)費(fèi)用制作報(bào)告和申請(qǐng)SAA的做法。他們將傾向于指定有一定能力和聲望的實(shí)驗(yàn)室，提供保險(xiǎn)的報(bào)告和測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)，再由他們來(lái)申請(qǐng)澳洲RCM認(rèn)證。
6.理論上，澳大利亞實(shí)驗(yàn)室也可以作為申請(qǐng)方幫助某個(gè)公司獲得RCM的認(rèn)證。但是根據(jù)該專家的意見(jiàn)，由于從法律上承擔(dān)的責(zé)任較大，估計(jì)大部分澳大利亞實(shí)驗(yàn)室不會(huì)主動(dòng)冒這個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，即使來(lái)做，相關(guān)費(fèi)用也可能會(huì)比較高。
 
3，周期
一般情況下，IT AV 燈具 小家電類常見(jiàn)產(chǎn)品申請(qǐng)澳大利亞SAA認(rèn)證的周期是3-4周，如果產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不達(dá)標(biāo)，可能日期會(huì)有所延長(zhǎng)。
提交報(bào)告到澳州審核時(shí)需要提供產(chǎn)品插頭的SAA證書(shū)(主要是針對(duì)帶插頭的產(chǎn)品),不然不給予辦理,產(chǎn)品里面的重要的元器件SAA證，像燈具需要提供燈具里面變壓器SAA證書(shū)，不然澳州審核資料不通過(guò)

輸往澳洲的電器產(chǎn)品，必須符合電器安全及電磁兼兼容性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，如果未能達(dá)到要求會(huì)收到以下處理：
◆ 扣留或沒(méi)收產(chǎn)品
◆ 或罰款，一般個(gè)人約罰美金10,000元，公司則約美金200,000元
