    4. 繼電器時間參數(shù)的獲取方法
    繼電器時間參數(shù)的檢測主要利用電秒表和光線示波器等模擬試驗(yàn)的方法得到,傳統(tǒng)檢測方法測量速度慢、誤差大、測量不準(zhǔn)確等。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,越來越多的繼電器檢測裝置應(yīng)用微處理器,這些檢測裝置其原理大體相同。文獻(xiàn)中提到了一種時間參數(shù)檢測電路,該電路主要組成部分為單片機(jī),其檢測原理為:當(dāng)繼電器觸點(diǎn)閉合時,單片機(jī)對應(yīng)輸入通道電壓為 5V,端口為“1”,當(dāng)繼電器斷開時,其對應(yīng)電壓為 0V,I/O端口為“0”。當(dāng)給繼電器加勵磁電壓時,單片機(jī)以足夠小的采樣周期讀取單片機(jī)對應(yīng)的數(shù)字I/O端口,經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)處理,即可計(jì)算出相應(yīng)的時間參數(shù)。但是采用此種方法在繼電器接直流負(fù)載時基本符合,當(dāng)接交流負(fù)載時,由于交流電壓是交變的,繼電器斷開時時單片機(jī)端口電壓的瞬時值也有可能很小或接近于零。因此,在觸點(diǎn)所接回路為交流回路時,利用觸點(diǎn)間電壓瞬時值的大小來判斷觸點(diǎn)的閉合與斷開狀態(tài),誤差就會很大,從而得不到準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)值。文獻(xiàn)中提到了一種繼電器時間參數(shù)的計(jì)算機(jī)檢測方法,它采用自行研制的采集板卡,其主要由單片機(jī)及其電路組成。該方法可以檢測到繼電器動作時間、動作回跳時間、釋放時間、釋放回跳時間等時間參數(shù)。單片機(jī)接于線圈驅(qū)動電路中控制勵磁線圈通電與斷電,采集繼電器閉合與分?jǐn)鄷r觸點(diǎn)的狀態(tài),并計(jì)算其時間參數(shù)。其檢測原理為:當(dāng)繼電器線圈通電時觸點(diǎn)經(jīng)過定的動作時間才能夠閉合,因此單片機(jī)先采集到數(shù)據(jù) 0,觸點(diǎn)閉合穩(wěn)定后采集到 1。在此過程中觸點(diǎn)會產(chǎn)生彈跳,后才能達(dá)到穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),在此期間單片機(jī)采集到的數(shù)據(jù)或?yàn)?0 或?yàn)?1。設(shè)定單片機(jī)的采樣周期為 0.01ms,由單片機(jī)采集到的數(shù)據(jù)的地址值乘以采樣周期,即為所求動作時間。

    對電器技術(shù)性能的考核主要還是采用型式試驗(yàn),該方法側(cè)重于考察電器的機(jī)械與電氣壽命,并不能對電器的動態(tài)特性及其機(jī)械電氣壽命的影響進(jìn)行綜合評估。因此研究基于動態(tài)特性檢測的電器性能綜合評估對于電器產(chǎn)品的研制與出廠檢測具有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。文獻(xiàn)通過對交流接觸器動態(tài)過程進(jìn)行測試,從觸頭測試波形中提取能夠表征接觸器機(jī)械及電氣特性的參數(shù),通過建立接觸器性能綜合評判模型,從而形成接觸器動態(tài)性能綜合評判系統(tǒng)。交流接觸器動態(tài)測試裝置以DSP為核心,搭建各種信號傳感器,通過RS232 與上位機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通信。該測試裝置可以完成對接觸器勵磁電流、電壓,吸合過程線圈功耗的電氣參數(shù)的測量。對本課題試驗(yàn)裝置的搭建具有實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)作用,同時其提出的接觸器性能評判系統(tǒng)對本課題將要研究的接觸器性能退化及可靠性估計(jì)具有重要的參考價(jià)值。

    2. 基于單片機(jī)控制技術(shù)的繼電器參數(shù)檢測技術(shù)
    隨著電器檢測自動化水平的不斷提高,單片機(jī)越來越多的應(yīng)用到各類電器的檢測與控制中。通過改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)交流接觸器接通與分?jǐn)鄬?shí)驗(yàn)裝置,采用單片機(jī)作為試驗(yàn)裝置的控制模塊控制交流接觸器通斷,觸頭電氣參數(shù)的檢測主要通過電壓、電流互感器、數(shù)據(jù)采集卡及PC機(jī)完成。該裝置可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對接觸器接通與分?jǐn)噙^程觸頭電壓、電流等動態(tài)波形進(jìn)行實(shí)時數(shù)據(jù)采集,相比于傳統(tǒng)的示波器檢測,其觸頭電弧燃弧電壓波形記錄準(zhǔn)確。采用Visual C++6.0 軟件開發(fā)采集程序與人機(jī)界面,數(shù)據(jù)處理程序可以對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時自動處理,減小了人工處理波形數(shù)據(jù)而產(chǎn)生的誤差。該試驗(yàn)方案簡單可行,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對交流接觸器接通與分?jǐn)鄤討B(tài)過程中觸頭電壓、電流波形的分析。文獻(xiàn)中張強(qiáng)等人研制的繼電器電參數(shù)測試裝置以增強(qiáng)型 89C51單片機(jī)為核心,配置交、直流電壓源及觸點(diǎn)檢測電路可以對多種型號交直流電壓繼電器的動作時間、動作電壓、接觸電阻等電氣參數(shù)進(jìn)行測試。在動作時間的測試上,將被測繼電器的常閉觸點(diǎn)接高電平、常開觸點(diǎn)接地,在檢測線圈的額定電壓的同時啟動計(jì)時器開始計(jì)時,搭建觸點(diǎn)電平檢測電路實(shí)時監(jiān)測觸點(diǎn)電平的變化。根據(jù)觸點(diǎn)電平變化情況判斷觸點(diǎn)動作狀態(tài)。當(dāng)電平由高變?yōu)榈蜁r立即停止計(jì)時,此時可以讀出計(jì)時器的計(jì)時,此時間即為相應(yīng)的吸合時間。同理可以得到繼電器的釋放時間。同時試驗(yàn)裝置還可以監(jiān)測觸點(diǎn)的接觸電阻。該裝置性價(jià)比高,對于本課題試驗(yàn)裝置的研制具有很重要的參考價(jià)值。

    5. 接觸器動態(tài)性能檢測技術(shù)與綜合評判方法
    對電器技術(shù)性能的考核主要還是采用型式試驗(yàn),該方法側(cè)重于考察電器的機(jī)械與電氣壽命,并不能對電器的動態(tài)特性及其機(jī)械電氣壽命的影響進(jìn)行綜合評估。因此研究基于動態(tài)特性檢測的電器性能綜合評估對于電器產(chǎn)品的研制與出廠檢測具有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。文獻(xiàn)通過對交流接觸器動態(tài)過程進(jìn)行測試,從觸頭測試波形中提取能夠表征接觸器機(jī)械及電氣特性的參數(shù),通過建立接觸器性能綜合評判模型,從而形成接觸器動態(tài)性能綜合評判系統(tǒng)。交流接觸器動態(tài)測試裝置以DSP為核心,搭建各種信號傳感器,通過RS232 與上位機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通信。該測試裝置可以完成對接觸器勵磁電流、電壓,吸合過程線圈功耗的電氣參數(shù)的測量。對本課題試驗(yàn)裝置的搭建具有實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)作用,同時其提出的接觸器性能評判系統(tǒng)對本課題將要研究的接觸器性能退化及可靠性估計(jì)具有重要的參考價(jià)值。

    直流接觸器作為應(yīng)用廣泛的電氣開關(guān)之一,其生產(chǎn)和需求數(shù)量巨大,在正常使用過程中,電磁鐵線圈一直通電工作,產(chǎn)生電磁吸力,保證鐵芯和銜鐵吸合,帶動動、靜觸頭閉合,接通電路。在上述過程中,線圈本身存在電阻,持續(xù)消耗電能,這是直流接觸器主要的使用成本之一,浪費(fèi)了大量的能源和財(cái)產(chǎn),因此,如何降低直流接觸器的工作耗能,是研究直流接觸器的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)和重難點(diǎn)。直流接觸器永磁操動機(jī)構(gòu)是一種在傳統(tǒng)直流接觸器電磁操動機(jī)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而來,將電磁操動機(jī)構(gòu)和永磁鐵相結(jié)合的混合型操動機(jī)構(gòu),不單單使用原有的電磁吸力和彈簧反力作為鐵心吸合與分離的動力,而是加入了永磁鐵對鐵心的吸引力,采用儲能電容充放電提供合閘、分閘電力,通常稱之為“電磁操動,永磁保持,電子控制”。在分、合閘運(yùn)動過程中,電磁吸力,永磁吸力與彈簧作用力共同作用,在穩(wěn)定工作過程中,采用永磁吸力代替之前的電磁吸力,保持銜鐵與鐵芯心的吸合狀態(tài)。一則,永磁操動機(jī)構(gòu)大量節(jié)約了保持線圈的電能消耗,環(huán)保節(jié)能。二則,永磁體保持吸合與電磁吸合相比,噪音低,無污染。三則,永磁操動機(jī)構(gòu)剔除了電磁機(jī)構(gòu)中一系列復(fù)雜繁瑣鎖扣保護(hù)裝置,大大提高了接觸器操動機(jī)構(gòu)的工作可靠性,降低了生產(chǎn)工序和成本,減小了接觸器的體積。 [1] 3SU10004BP610AA0ZY11
