1.0	范圍（SCOPE）
此文件說明直流無刷風扇在機械和電氣的特性（This documentation defines mechanical ＆ electrical characteristics of DC Brushless Fans）。
2.0	原料（MATERAL）

4.0	特性和說明(CHARACTERISTICE ＆ DEFINITION)
4.1	所有比率特性均按隨附數(shù)據(jù)單上說明(All rated characteristics were specified as per data sheet enclosed)。
4.2	電流：電流在持續(xù)旋轉3分鐘后測量（Rated Current: Rated Current shall be measured after 3 minutes of continuos rotation at rated voltage。）
4.3	轉速：速率在持續(xù)旋轉3分鐘后測量（Rated Speed: Rated Speed shall be measured after 3 minutes of continuos rotation at rated voltage）。
4.4	起動電壓：打開開關“ON”后，能夠起動風扇運作的電壓（Start Voltage: The voltage which is able to start the fan to operate by suddenly switching “ON”）。
4.5	輸入功率：輸入功率在持續(xù)旋轉3分鐘后測量（Input Power: Input Power shall be measured after 3 minutes of continuos rotation at rated volage。）
4.6	鎖定電流：可以鎖機的風扇，鎖定電流在清新空氣中鎖機3分鐘測定（The fan can be locked, Locked Rotor Current: Locked Current shall be measured within one minute of rotor Locked after 3 minutes of continuous at rated voltage in clean air）。
4.7	空氣流量數(shù)據(jù)及壓力數(shù)據(jù)測定根據(jù)“AMCA標準”或者DIN24163規(guī)則，該數(shù)據(jù)測定在雙壓力倉進行，并需測定壓力倉各邊所承受的壓力數(shù)據(jù)（Air Flow ＆ Static Pressure: The air flow data and static pressures should be determined in accordance with AMCA standard or DIN24163 specification in a double chamber testing with intake side measurement）。
4.8	噪音標準：噪音標準測試參照DIN45635標準，測量在隔音室內進行，將麥克風置于風扇一米處（Noise Level: The measurement of noise level is carried out with reference to DIN45635 in an anechoic chamber with the microphone positioned 1 meter from the air intake. Testing fan shall be hung in clean air。）
5.0	機械力檢測（MECHANICAL INSPECTION）

5.1	旋轉方向（Rotation Direction）
  從扇葉面看風扇，扇葉逆時針方向旋轉，按外框一邊的箭號指示相同方向（The blade is count Clockwise viewing from the blade. The same direction also indicated by an arrow mark on one side of the housing。）
5.2	保護試驗（Protection）
幾個風扇扇葉連在一起固定限制其旋轉，如果風扇及電子組件不會損壞，限制旋轉的組件被解松則風扇可自動重新啟動旋轉。（All fans have integrated protection against locked rotor condition so that there will be no damage to winding or any electronic component. Restarting is automatic as soon as any constraint component to rotation has been released。）
風扇放置在垂直位置，打開開關“ON”或“OFF”風扇旋轉或停止，運轉正常則說明風扇是合格品（As fan placed at dead angle position, and the switch of FAN was changed from off to on，Restarting was automatic normal as soon as and proved that this fan is good fan）
5.3	轉體鎖定保護（Locked Rotor Protection）
5.3.1	小電流或者帶Auto start功能的風扇，在通電旋轉狀態(tài)將風扇扇葉鎖定，持續(xù)72小時之后，松開被鎖定扇葉，風扇立即自動重轉，證明風扇無異常。（No damage shall be found after 72 hours continuously at condition of rotation locked，Restarting is automatic as soon as constraint to running has been released）。
5.3.2	大電流或不帶Auto start功能的風扇，不可長時間鎖定，否則風扇會過熱損壞。（The fan can’t be locked or the fan will overheat and be damaged）
5.4	極性保護（Polarity Protection）
電壓正常條件下，如果反接電源對風扇通電15分鐘，斷電后重新按正常兩極連接，所有功能將正常（No damage shall be found with reverse connection 15 minute at rated voltage. After returning to normal polarity, all function shall be normal。）
5.5	自由跌落（Free Drop shock）
單體由600mm高空跌到30mm厚的木板上,風扇6個表面中的任何一面和一角均經得起跌落試驗,并確認無損傷.(The product drops from the bight of 600mm to the wood board of 30mm. Any one of the 6 faces and any one of the corners could withstand the pressure, and also no damage will be found.)。電力測定（ELECTRICAL INSPECTION）
5.6	絕緣電阻（Insulation Resistance）
        在500V直流電條件下，外框與導線正極電阻不少于10MΩ（Not less than 10M ohm between housing and positive end of lead wire(red) at 500V DC）。
 6.0   絕緣強度（Dielectric Strength）
	在5mA漏電流，VA500C條件下持續(xù)60秒，風扇外框與導線無異常，證明絕緣良好（No damage should at 500 VAC for 60 sec, measured with 5mA trip current between housing and positive end of lead wire）。
 6.1  平均壽命（Life Expectancy）
	在指定恒溫下持續(xù)工作后，經檢驗，90%能正常運轉即可估算其平均使用壽命（The continuous duty life at given temperature after which,90% of testing units shall still be running）。

7.0  工作環(huán)境（ENVIRONMENTAL）
7.1  運行溫度（Operating Temperature）
	-10℃ ~70℃為正常溫度（ -10℃ to +70℃ at normal humidity）。
7.2  貯存溫度（Storage Temperature）
	       在-40℃ ~80℃溫度下貯存500小時后，經過在室內溫度下24小時恢復期后，所有功能正常運作（All function shall be normal after 500 hours storage at -40℃ to +80℃ at normal humidity with a 24 hour recovery period at room temperature）。
7.3  濕度（Humidity）
  95%RH .  40＋/-2℃per MiL-STD-202F 標準103B濕度檢測96小時,絕緣電阻和絕緣強度測量數(shù)據(jù)符合8.0說明。（After 96 hours 95%RH 40＋/-2℃per MiL-STD-202F, method 103B humidity test, the measured data on insulation resistance and dielectric strength shall meet the specification.8.0  REMARKS）
