混合纖維素酯微孔濾膜
混合纖維素酯微孔濾膜，經(jīng)有關(guān)單位多次廣泛使用，質(zhì)量符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其產(chǎn)品表面平滑，質(zhì)地輕薄，孔隙率高，且微孔結(jié)構(gòu)均勻，因此具有流速快，不易吸附的特點(diǎn)。
一、用途：本產(chǎn)品用于制藥業(yè)、生產(chǎn)制品、礦泉飲料、釀造、鐘表等工業(yè)方面的水質(zhì)，醫(yī)藥用油、潤滑用油、燃料用油及科研實(shí)驗(yàn)室等濾除細(xì)菌和微粒，一般0.65微米以上可除微粒，0.45以下可除細(xì)菌。
二、規(guī)格：混合纖維素酯微孔濾膜各種規(guī)格如下Ф25、Ф35、Ф50、Ф60、Ф100、Ф150、Ф200、Ф300、Ф400、200x200、300x300、400x400?？讖剑?.2、0.45、0.65、0.8、1.0、1.2。 
三、使用方法： 
１、將濾膜平放于清潔盛器內(nèi)，用70度左右的蒸餾水浸泡，使全部濕潤，數(shù)小時(shí)后（約４小時(shí)以上）倒去水，在用上法浸泡過夜，使用前再用適量溫蒸餾水浸泡清洗一次。２、將清洗的濾膜（濕）裝入適宜的濾器中，防止周圍漏夜，自進(jìn)液口放進(jìn)濾液，并在排氣口排除空氣，即可進(jìn)行過濾。
四、注意事項(xiàng)：１、水膜片是宜于ph2-9的藥液，對強(qiáng)酸堿或有機(jī)溶劑包括酒精等不宜使用。   ２、本品一般耐濕130度，耐壓3-4公斤／厘米2   ３、微孔濾膜只能作為最后階段過濾，濾液必須先經(jīng)過板框或其他濾材預(yù)過濾，以免濾膜堵塞。   ４、上述使用的方法：僅適用于水劑藥或其他水溶劑的過濾。電話：0573-87688515/  傳真：0573-87682580  公司網(wǎng)址：  郵箱：gml@
