-一 用途

鈦板及鈦棒可反復使用，是采用粉末冶金方法將鈦金屬粉末未通過高溫燒結的方法加工制成的空心濾管，它廣泛地應用于食品、飲料、醫(yī)藥、化工等行業(yè)的液固分離，在制藥行業(yè)尤其適用于大輸液和針劑生產線中的脫碳過濾。此系列產品具有結構緊湊造型美觀按 GMP 標準生產，管件連接采用國際標準快裝式連接，拆裝清洗方便。

二 使用注意事項 1 避免劃傷碰撞，灰塵及油污。

2 在使用中其工作壓力不應超過額定工作壓力。

3 正常使用時，至少有 3—5 分鐘的低壓啟動時間，其相對壓差應控制在 0.5Mpa 以下，然后將工作工作壓力逐漸調到正常需要（最高壓力不超過 0.4Mpa）。

4 本產品工作運行到一定周期后，可能由于過濾元件堵塞，致使壓力升高流量降低，需要反沖或反洗再生。再生周期視額定的壓力和流量而定。
