產(chǎn)區(qū)介紹：超級(jí)波爾多Bordeaux Superieur 年產(chǎn)量為53百萬(wàn)升,葡萄種植面積達(dá)到1萬(wàn)公頃。這個(gè)產(chǎn)區(qū)地理位置和Bordeaux AOC相同,。始自1967年，AGREMENT實(shí)施酒質(zhì)檢測(cè)，決定其等級(jí)是Bordeaux，或是Bordeaux Superieur。自從1999年起，更需嚴(yán)格監(jiān)測(cè)包含葡萄藤的生長(zhǎng)狀況、與地塊土質(zhì)是否達(dá)到區(qū)域酒的要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面。體現(xiàn)在數(shù)字上的區(qū)別在于,超級(jí)波爾多產(chǎn)區(qū)酒至少要酒窖陳化一年方可出售,酒精度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也比普通波爾多酒高半度.

酒莊介紹：羅克酒莊CH.HAUT ROUARGUE位于波爾多市區(qū)東北方向54公里處,酒莊面積9公頃，年產(chǎn)量6萬(wàn)瓶，葡萄樹(shù)齡為22年. 酒莊所有者BROQUIN家族連續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)了23年. 酒的品質(zhì)長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)得到保障.

羅克酒莊紅葡萄酒酒評(píng)：酒體呈淡紅色,帶有琥珀色的邊沿. 初開(kāi)瓶時(shí)有焦糖和香料的香氣,經(jīng)過(guò)半小時(shí)的醒酒后具有淡雅的橡木\薄荷\香草香氣與濃郁的肉桂果香復(fù)合在一起. 口感柔和細(xì)致,酒體平衡而厚實(shí),收結(jié)有力,后味悠長(zhǎng).
