一、鈦藍(lán)特點(diǎn)：
1：用于電鍍工業(yè)中，能有效控制陽(yáng)極與陰極的比例； 
2：陽(yáng)極溶解性好，產(chǎn)生陽(yáng)泥少； 
3：陽(yáng)極材料的裝載或補(bǔ)充方便； 
4：陽(yáng)極材料使用完全，節(jié)省能源消耗。 
5：鈦包銅的特點(diǎn)：它既能保證銅材原有的導(dǎo)電性能，又利用鈦覆蓋保護(hù)了銅體不被腐蝕，并大大降低了 電鍍，電解液的污染。 

二、鈦藍(lán)使用方法 
1：鈦的導(dǎo)電性能較差，一般在水外的掛鉤通電電流不大于0.26A/mm2,不中的掛鉤通電電流不大于 1.5A/mm2,否則鉤體發(fā)熱，導(dǎo)致電鍍液溫度升高，浪費(fèi)電能，甚至?xí)虬l(fā)熱壞塑料槽體。發(fā)現(xiàn)鈦藍(lán)鉤明顯變熱時(shí)，可增加鈦藍(lán)數(shù)量或增大鈦藍(lán)鉤橫斷面尺寸改善鈦藍(lán)導(dǎo)電情況。 
2：鈦藍(lán)鉤與電極一般不采用平面或圓面接觸，此方式易造成接觸不良，使電極產(chǎn)生斑點(diǎn)腐蝕。 
3：鈦藍(lán)口應(yīng)略**液面，以防止陽(yáng)極渣外流。 
4：鈦藍(lán)下端應(yīng)**零件100~150mm，以避免下端零件電流過(guò)于集中，引起燒焦。 
5：鈦藍(lán)與陽(yáng)極應(yīng)緊密接觸，否則鈦藍(lán)上的陽(yáng)極電位將急劇升高，使鈦藍(lán)表面發(fā)生析氧和析氯反應(yīng)，引起鈦藍(lán)損壞和添加劑的氧化。 
6：為了防止鍍層產(chǎn)生毛刺，在鈦藍(lán)應(yīng)外包陽(yáng)極袋，因?yàn)榇油ǔＪ情L(zhǎng)期使用而不摘除，因此建議用“雙層袋”的方法。 
7：陽(yáng)極袋要把鈦藍(lán)口包緊，袋底應(yīng)留出幾厘米間隙，以存儲(chǔ)可能產(chǎn)生的陽(yáng)極泥渣。
