一、使用鈦籃的優(yōu)點： 
　　1、能有效控制陽極與陽極面積的比例。
　　2、陽極溶解性好，產(chǎn)生陽極泥少。
　　3、陽極材料的裝載或補充方便。
　　4、陽極材料使用完全，節(jié)省能源消耗。 
二、使用鈦籃應(yīng)注意： 
　　1、鈦籃口應(yīng)略高于液面，以防止陽極渣外流。
　　2、鈦籃下端應(yīng)高于零件100~150mm，以避免下端零件電流過于集中，引起燒焦。
　　3、鈦籃與陽極應(yīng)緊密接觸，否則鈦籃上的陽極電位將急劇升高，使鈦籃表面發(fā)生析　　氧和析氯反應(yīng)，引起鈦籃損壞和添加劑的氧化。
　　4、為了防止鍍層產(chǎn)生毛刺，在鈦籃外面應(yīng)用陽極袋裝著，因為袋子通常是長期使用　　而不摘除，因此建議用“雙層袋”的方法。
　　5、陽極袋要把鈦籃口包緊，袋底應(yīng)留出幾厘米間隙，以存儲可能產(chǎn)生的陽極泥渣 。
