一、鈦藍特點：
1：用于電鍍工業(yè)中，能有效控制陽極與陰極的比例； 
2：陽極溶解性好，產(chǎn)生陽泥少； 
3：陽極材料的裝載或補充方便； 
4：陽極材料使用完全，節(jié)省能源消耗。 
5：鈦包銅的特點：它既能保證銅材原有的導電性能，又利用鈦覆蓋保護了銅體不被腐蝕，并大大降低了 電鍍，電解液的污染。 

二、鈦藍使用方法 
1：鈦的導電性能較差，一般在水外的掛鉤通電電流不大于0.26A/mm2,不中的掛鉤通電電流不大于 1.5A/mm2,否則鉤體發(fā)熱，導致電鍍液溫度升高，浪費電能，甚至會因發(fā)熱壞塑料槽體。發(fā)現(xiàn)鈦藍鉤明顯變熱時，可增加鈦藍數(shù)量或增大鈦藍鉤橫斷面尺寸改善鈦藍導電情況。 
2：鈦藍鉤與電極一般不采用平面或圓面接觸，此方式易造成接觸不良，使電極產(chǎn)生斑點腐蝕。 
3：鈦藍口應略高于液面，以防止陽極渣外流。 
4：鈦藍下端應高于零件100~150mm，以避免下端零件電流過于集中，引起燒焦。 
5：鈦藍與陽極應緊密接觸，否則鈦藍上的陽極電位將急劇升高，使鈦藍表面發(fā)生析氧和析氯反應，引起鈦藍損壞和添加劑的氧化。 
6：為了防止鍍層產(chǎn)生毛刺，在鈦藍應外包陽極袋，因為袋子通常是長期使用而不摘除，因此建議用“雙層袋”的方法。 
7：陽極袋要把鈦藍口包緊，袋底應留出幾厘米間隙，以存儲可能產(chǎn)生的陽極泥渣。
