SYD31系列半閉式高性能壓力機(jī)

特點(diǎn) Characteristics

1、鋼板焊接機(jī)身，C形開口變D形口，具有高強(qiáng)度、高剛度。

Steel welded body and D-size opening instead of C-size one, realizing the intensity and rigidity.

2、采用干式或濕式氣動摩擦離合一制動器，動作靈敏。

adoption of dry or wet pneumatic frictional clutch-detent, the movements are sensitive.

3、大齒輪、齒輪軸精密研磨，機(jī)床運(yùn)行噪音低。

Precisely grinded rack wheel and wheel shaft, low machine operation noise.

4、滑塊六面導(dǎo)軌，附氣壓平衡裝置，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，精度準(zhǔn)確。

Slide blocks with six-sidedguide rail and air pressured balance system, the movements are stable and the precisions are pinpointed.

5、采用液壓超負(fù)荷保護(hù)裝置，可有效保護(hù)壓力機(jī)和模具。

Adoption of the hydraulic over loading protection system, effectively protect the pressure machine and the mold.

6、采用PLC控制，配自己送料裝置后能形成單機(jī)自動化或多機(jī)自動化沖壓生產(chǎn)線。

Adoption of PLC controlling system, when equipped with atuomatic feeding devices, and automatic pressing production line of mono-machine or multi-machines can be engen dered.
