錳砂濾料簡(jiǎn)介：
錳砂濾料是采用國(guó)內(nèi)優(yōu)質(zhì)錳砂礦、晶粒致密、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度大、化學(xué)活性強(qiáng)、不易破碎、不溶于水的天然錳礦砂。經(jīng)水洗打磨除雜、破碎、干燥、磁選、篩分、除塵等工藝加工成砂。再把加工好的錳砂按一定的級(jí)配調(diào)合而成。它具有水處理濾料最理想的級(jí)配比例，使它在單位體積內(nèi)有最大的比表面積、最強(qiáng)的截污能力、最大的氧化催化作用和最小的反沖洗流失率。 
錳砂濾料外觀黑褐色，近圓形，主要成份是二氧化錳，含量在35%-45%之間。 
錳砂濾料的使用方法：
采用錳砂濾料處理地下水，工藝簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便，工程造價(jià)低，長(zhǎng)效穩(wěn)定，服務(wù)周期在5年以上，易于管理，不填加任何化學(xué)藥劑即可達(dá)到去除水中鐵、錳、砷等有害物質(zhì)的目的，水質(zhì)完全達(dá)到國(guó)家飲用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，是非常好的地下水處理濾料。 
錳砂里面含的天然二氧化錳能氧化水中二階鐵并沉淀除掉，使水清凈。既可用于地下水除鐵，又可用于地下水除錳；我廠生產(chǎn)的錳砂濾料是采用優(yōu)質(zhì)天然錳礦石為原料，經(jīng)機(jī)械破碎多次篩選而成，外觀粗糙多棱角，呈褐色，晶粒致密、硬度高、耐腐蝕、損失少、使用壽命長(zhǎng)，在水中浸泡不溶解、過(guò)濾水中含錳量不增加，天然錳砂可說(shuō)是最難溶于水的凈化劑。具有良好的除鐵、除錳性能，是地下水和工業(yè)用水含鐵離子和錳離子進(jìn)行除鐵、除錳處理的必備產(chǎn)品。 
當(dāng)前使用天然錳砂除鐵原理有二種：
一種是錳砂表面有一層活性濾膜，可起到很強(qiáng)的氧化作用；
另一種是錳砂本身對(duì)鐵質(zhì)起催化作用，將水中的二價(jià)鐵催化成三價(jià)鐵，并使三階鐵質(zhì)附著于錳砂顆粒表面，起到除鐵的目的。含量30%的天然錳砂濾料，只宜用于地下水除鐵。
