【金屬硅產(chǎn)品介紹】
 
 
     金屬硅又稱結(jié)晶硅或工業(yè)硅，其主要用途是作為非鐵基合金的添加劑。目前，國際用作法是把商品硅分成金屬硅和半導(dǎo)體硅。金屬硅是由石英和焦炭在電熱爐內(nèi)冶煉成的產(chǎn)品，主成分硅元素的含量在98%左右，其余雜質(zhì)為鐵、鋁、鈣等。金屬硅價(jià)格昂貴。工業(yè)上，金屬硅通常是在電爐中由碳還原二氧化硅而制得?；瘜W(xué)反應(yīng)方程式：SiO2+2C→Si+2CO這樣制得的金屬硅純度為97~98%。再將它融化后重結(jié)晶，用酸除去雜質(zhì)，得到純度為99.7~99.8%的金屬硅。
 
【金屬硅的分類】：
 
金屬硅的分類通常按金屬硅成分所含的鐵、鋁、鈣三種主要雜質(zhì)的含量來分類。包括硅微粉，邊皮硅，黑皮硅，金屬硅渣等。其中硅微粉也稱硅粉、微硅粉或硅灰，它廣泛應(yīng)用于耐火材料和混凝土行業(yè)。
 
【金屬硅的用途】：
 
金屬硅要用于生產(chǎn)有機(jī)硅、制取高純度的半導(dǎo)體材料以及配制有特殊用途的合金等。
（1）生產(chǎn)硅橡膠、硅樹脂、硅油等有機(jī)硅。硅橡膠彈性好，耐高溫，用于制作醫(yī)療用品、耐高溫墊圈等。硅樹脂用于生產(chǎn)絕緣漆、高溫涂料等。硅油是一種油狀物，其粘度受溫度的影響很小，用于生產(chǎn)高級潤滑劑、上光劑、流體彈簧、介電液體等，還可加工成無色透明的液體，作為高級防水劑噴涂在建筑物表面。
（2）制造高純半導(dǎo)體?，F(xiàn)代化大型集成電路幾乎都是用高純度金屬硅制成的，而且高純度金屬硅還是生產(chǎn)光纖的主要原料，可以說金屬硅已成為信息時(shí)代的基礎(chǔ)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。
（3）配制合金。硅鋁合金是用量最大的硅合金。硅鋁合金是一種強(qiáng)復(fù)合脫氧劑，在煉鋼過程中代替純鋁可提高脫氧劑利用率，并可凈化鋼液，提高鋼材質(zhì)量。硅鋁合金密度小，熱膨脹系數(shù)低，鑄造性能和抗磨性能好，用其鑄造的合金鑄件具有很高的抗擊沖擊能力和很好的高壓致密性，可大大提高使用壽命，常用其生產(chǎn)航天飛行器和汽車零部件。硅銅合金具有良好的焊接性能，且在受到?jīng)_擊時(shí)不易產(chǎn)生火花，具有防爆功能，可用于制作儲罐。鋼中加入硅制成硅鋼片，能大大改善鋼的導(dǎo)磁性，降低磁滯和渦流損失，可用其制造變壓器和電機(jī)的鐵芯，提高變壓器和電機(jī)的性能。
