【簡(jiǎn)介】
核桃殼是一種經(jīng)脫脂、破碎、篩選等處理加工過(guò)的顆粒狀，表面多微孔、吸附效果較好的濾料，也是天然的滾光材料及拋光磨料，用它做磨料不會(huì)破壞工件表面、拋光效果好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
（一）抗壓能力強(qiáng) 粒徑為1.25-1.60mm的核桃殼粒，平均抗壓極限為0.2295KN(23.40kgf)。粒徑為0.80-1.00mm的核桃殼粒，平均抗壓極限為0.165KN(16.84kgf)。
（二）化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定 不含有毒物質(zhì)，在酸、堿、水中溶解量很小，核桃殼在鹽酸溶液中的損耗為4.99%,在氫氧化鈉溶液中的損耗率為3.8%，不會(huì)引起水質(zhì)惡化現(xiàn)象。
【應(yīng)用】
它是用于油田、冶煉、環(huán)?；さ刃袠I(yè)含油污水處理的理想過(guò)濾材料。
