山西無煙煤 可化驗(yàn)無煙煤濾料
 
一、無煙煤濾料簡介：
無煙煤濾料采用山西優(yōu)質(zhì)原煤為原料，經(jīng)精選、破碎、篩分等工藝加工而成。顆粒均勻、光澤度好、抗壓耐磨、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、使用周期長，實(shí)用于一般的酸、中、堿性水的凈化處理，是雙層、三層濾池中不可缺少的凈水材料，各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到和超過建設(shè)部（CJ/T44-1999）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
二、無煙煤濾料使用要求：
無煙煤濾料在過濾過程中所起作用的好壞，直接影響著濾過的水質(zhì)，故對此濾料的選擇必須達(dá)到以下幾點(diǎn)要求：
①機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，破碎率和磨損率之和不應(yīng)大于3%（百分比按質(zhì)量計(jì)）。
②化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，不含有毒物質(zhì)。在一般酸性、堿性、中性水中均不溶解。出廠產(chǎn)品經(jīng)中國水處理濾料監(jiān)督檢測中心測定：鹽酸可溶率為0.68%（部頒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為3.5）在各類水源中均可達(dá)到良好的凈化效果。
③粒徑級配合理，比表面積大。產(chǎn)品外觀呈球狀而有棱角，光澤度好，經(jīng)機(jī)械振動(dòng)三次篩分，級配符合有關(guān)技術(shù)指標(biāo)。均勻系數(shù)（K60）不大于1.5（日本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)），不均勻系數(shù)（K80）在1.6-2.0之間，空隙率大于50%。
④粒徑范圍小于指定下限粒徑按重量計(jì)不大于5%，大于指定上限粒徑按重量計(jì)不大于5%。
 
三、無煙煤濾料用途：
無煙煤濾料是目前普遍采用的最佳過濾材料，它用途廣泛，適應(yīng)范圍大?？捎糜谏铒嬘盟凸I(yè)生產(chǎn)用水以及各種池型的普通快濾池，雙層及三層濾池，各種污水過濾器，凈水機(jī)械過濾器及化工、冶金、熱電、制藥、造紙、印染、食品等的生產(chǎn)前后的水質(zhì)處理。
 
四、無煙煤濾料規(guī)格：
常用規(guī)格一般為：0.5－0.8mm，0.5-1mm，0.8－1.2mm，0.8－1.8mm，1－2mm，2－4mm，3-5mm等，可按用戶需要加工。
 
五、包裝儲運(yùn)：
25公斤雙層編織袋包裝，可按需要訂制包裝。運(yùn)輸儲存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物．不宜與承托料及其他濾料一起運(yùn)輸堆放。

Anthracite filter material requirements:
Anthracite filter material role in the process of filtering is good or bad, directly affects the filtered water quality, so the choice of this filter material must meet the following requirements:
(1) high mechanical strength, the broken rate and the wear rate should not be greater than the sum of 3% (percentage in accordance with the quality plan).
(2) the chemical properties of stability, do not contain toxic substances. In general acid, alkaline and neutral are dissolved in water. Products by the determination of water treatment filter material, supervision and inspection center of China: hydrochloric acid soluble rate is 0.68% (ministerial standard 3.5) in all kinds of water purification can achieve good effect.
(3) reasonable particle size distribution, specific surface area. Product appearance spherical and angular, good gloss, three times by the mechanical vibration screening, grading conform to relevant technical indexes. Uniformity coefficient (K60) is not greater than 1.5 (Japan standard), non-uniform coefficient (K80) between 1.6 2.0, void fraction is more than 50%.
(4) particle size range is less than the specified minimum diameter gauge is not more than 5% by weight, is greater than the specified maximum diameter gauge is not more than 5% by weight.
