產(chǎn)品特點及用途 氧化鋁
 
氧化鋁，化學(xué)符號：Al2O3  、分子量102，純凈氧化鋁是白色無定形粉末，俗稱礬土，密度3.9-4.0g/cm3，熔點2050℃、沸點2980℃，不溶于水，為兩性氧化物，能溶于無機酸和堿性溶液中，有四種同素異構(gòu)體β－氧化鋁δ－氧化鋁v－氧化鋁a－氧化鋁 ，主要有α型和γ型兩種變體，工業(yè)上可從鋁土礦中提取。
 
   在α型氧化鋁的晶格中，氧離子為六方緊密堆積，Al3+對稱地分布在氧離子圍成的八面體配位中心，晶格能很大，故熔點、沸點很高。α型氧化鋁不溶于水和酸，工業(yè)上也稱鋁氧，是制金屬鋁的基本原料；也用于制各種耐火磚、耐火坩堝、耐火管、耐高溫實驗儀器；還可作研磨劑、阻燃劑、填充料等；高純的α型氧化鋁還是生產(chǎn)人造剛玉、人造紅寶石和藍(lán)寶石的原料；還用于生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)代大規(guī)模集成電路的板基。
 
   γ型氧化鋁是氫氧化鋁在140-150℃的低溫環(huán)境下脫水制得，工業(yè)上也叫活性氧化鋁、鋁膠。其結(jié)構(gòu)中氧離子近似為立方面心緊密堆積，Al3+不規(guī)則地分布在由氧離子圍成的八面體和四面體空隙之中。γ型氧化鋁不溶于水，能溶于強酸或強堿溶液，將它加熱至1200℃就全部轉(zhuǎn)化為α型氧化鋁。γ型氧化鋁是一種多孔性物質(zhì)，每克的內(nèi)表面積高達(dá)數(shù)百平方米，活性高吸附能力強。工業(yè)品常為無色或微帶粉紅的圓柱型顆粒，耐壓性好。在石油煉制和石油化工中是常用的吸附劑、催化劑和催化劑載體；在工業(yè)上是變壓器油、透平油的脫酸劑，還用于色層分析；在實驗室是中性強干燥劑，其干燥能力不亞于五氧化二磷，使用后在175℃以下加熱6-8h還能再生重復(fù)使用。
 
   目前世界上用拜耳法生產(chǎn)的氧化鋁要占到總產(chǎn)量的90％以上，氧化鋁大部分用于制金屬鋁，用作其它用途的不到10％

Gamma alumina is aluminum hydroxide in the dehydration system of 140-150 ℃ low temperature environment, industry also called activated alumina, aluminium glue.
