LB-603F四合一磷化液（磷化劑）也叫四合一清洗劑，涂裝前先要對(duì)金屬作除油、除銹、磷化、鈍化處理，以改善涂裝質(zhì)量，提高涂層的耐蝕性和附著力。鋼鐵件涂裝前處理的磷化處理采用中高溫（50~90℃），工序多，消耗大，工作環(huán)境惡劣。我們研制了一種無(wú)毒、常溫下應(yīng)用的多功能鋼鐵表面處理液，可使鋼鐵表面涂漆前的除油、除銹、磷化、鈍化處理一步完成。也適用于大型設(shè)備表面擦拭除油、磷化。
使用方法:
1、擦拭法：用抹布沾點(diǎn)LB-603F四合一磷化液原液對(duì)金屬進(jìn)行擦拭，把銹和油
    抹干凈后用干抹布再抹一遍，晾干后就可以涂裝。
2、浸泡法：工件浸泡在LB-603F四合一磷化液中，如果銹不是很嚴(yán)重，可以兌
    一倍水使用。直到銹和油除干凈為止。后面不需要用清水沖洗。
