【棕剛玉產(chǎn)品介紹】：
 
     千家信棕剛玉是以鋁礬土、焦碳（無煙煤）為主要原料，在電弧中經(jīng)2000度以上高溫熔煉制成，經(jīng)自磨機(jī)粉碎 、整形，磁選去鐵，篩分成多種粒度，其質(zhì)地致密、硬度高，粒形成球狀，適用于制造陶瓷、樹脂高固結(jié)磨具以及研磨、拋光、噴砂、精密鑄造等，還可用于制造高級(jí)耐火材料。
     棕剛玉俗名又稱金剛砂，具有純度高，結(jié)晶好，流動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，線膨脹系數(shù)低，耐腐蝕的特點(diǎn)。該產(chǎn)品在應(yīng)用過程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不開裂的特點(diǎn)，尤其是其遠(yuǎn)高于傳統(tǒng)棕剛玉的性價(jià)比，更使之成為棕剛玉質(zhì)耐火材料的最佳骨料和填充料。

     棕剛玉粒度砂是由人工精選棕剛玉塊,采用對(duì)輥、球磨、巴馬克等設(shè)備加工而成，粒度有F8-F325.主要用于拋光、研磨、工業(yè)磨削等，還可以按客戶要求進(jìn)行水洗、酸洗處理等方法加工，能夠滿足客戶的不同需求。
 
【水洗棕剛玉】：
 
     1.粉塵??；用水洗棕剛玉進(jìn)行表面噴磨處理，由于它的比重比較高，所以在噴射過程中產(chǎn)生的粉塵比較少，這一點(diǎn)保證了操作員的健康和安全，提高了操作員的能見度，與礦渣相比較（礦渣形成過程中是用冷水甚至是海水進(jìn)行高溫冷卻，所以形成的是玻璃相結(jié)構(gòu)，具有易碎性），由于礦渣比較脆，在噴磨過程中，易被撞碎形成小顆粒，礦渣比重比較小，由此小礦渣顆粒懸浮在空氣中，造成對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。

【低碳棕剛玉】：
 
     低碳棕剛玉經(jīng)過爐前和特殊工藝的再處理，降低棕剛玉中殘余碳的含量，使產(chǎn)品在使用中不粉化、不爆裂、韌性大是磨料磨具行業(yè)，耐火材料行業(yè)的首選原料。主要用于陶瓷磨具、高檔磨具、有機(jī)磨具、砂帶、涂附磨具等，根據(jù)殘?zhí)己糠譃椋红褵貏傆馛 ≤0.05%；低碳棕剛玉C ≤0.10%；普通棕剛玉C ≤0.15%。

【棕剛玉主要功能】：
 
   （1）由于有耐高溫、耐腐蝕、高強(qiáng)度等性能，故用澆鋼滑動(dòng)水口，冶煉稀貴金屬、特種合金、陶瓷、煉鐵高爐的內(nèi)襯（墻和管）；理化器皿、火花塞、耐熱抗氧化涂層。
   （2）由于有硬度大、耐磨性好、強(qiáng)度高的特點(diǎn)，在化工系統(tǒng)中，用做各種反應(yīng)器皿和管道，化工泵的部件；做機(jī)械零部件、各種模具，如拔絲模、擠鉛筆芯模嘴等；做刀具、模具磨料、防彈材料、人體關(guān)節(jié)、密封模環(huán)等。
   （3）剛玉保溫材料，如剛玉輕質(zhì)磚、剛玉空心球和纖維制品，廣泛應(yīng)用于各種高溫爐窯的爐墻和爐頂，既耐高溫又保溫。

【棕剛玉的應(yīng)用范圍】：
 
    棕剛玉被稱作工業(yè)的牙齒：主要用在耐火材料，砂輪，噴砂 。
