【蘭天】錳砂天然環(huán)保型錳砂濾料改善水質(zhì)應(yīng)用
 
 

【簡介】
 錳砂濾料外觀呈黑褐色，近圓形，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)天然錳礦石加工而成，經(jīng)水洗打磨除雜、破碎、干燥、磁選、篩分、除塵等工藝加工成砂，再把加工好的錳砂按一定的級配調(diào)合而成。錳砂濾料主要成份是二氧化錳，含量在35%-45%之間，是晶粒致密、機械強度大、化學(xué)活性強、不易破碎、不溶于水的天然錳礦砂，對于地下水除鐵、除錳過濾有獨特的效果。
【應(yīng)用】
天然錳砂除鐵是一種接觸催化除鐵工藝，適合于地下水含鐵量小于20mg/L的除鐵。天然錳砂中含的高價錳能將水中的二價鐵氧化成三價鐵，同時在表面形成有催化作用的“活性濾膜”，進一步提高了除鐵效果。含鐵水經(jīng)曝氣后，只經(jīng)天然錳砂一次過濾，就能完成全部除鐵過程。
