WZ-801前脫脂洗凈槽Front degreasing & washing tank
用途和特點(diǎn)：
（1）   洗凈槽配備加熱器，使工件在熱水的槽體中浸泡一段時(shí)間，然后對(duì)行進(jìn)在輸送帶的工件進(jìn)行噴淋，去除附著在工件上的油污。
（2）   洗凈槽配備油水分離器和強(qiáng)力吹風(fēng)裝置。
（3）   洗凈槽配備噴淋泵浦。
   Usage and features:
（1）   Equipped with a heater in the tank and work pieces are soaked in the hot water in a while, then spray to remove the dirty while moving in the elevator.
（2）   Equipped with an oil-water separator and strong blower.
（3）   Equipped with a spraying pump.
 WZ-802去磷槽Dephosphating tank
用途：適用于汽車等高強(qiáng)度螺栓的去磷處理。避免表層金相組織發(fā)生變化，形成一個(gè)滲磷層，這層組織會(huì)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的疲勞性能等造成影響。
Featrues：For automotive high strength bolts to phosphorus treatment

用途：廣泛使用于工程機(jī)械、汽車配件、緊固件、軸承、鏈條、五金工具和精密件行業(yè)等調(diào)質(zhì)滲碳熱處理。
特點(diǎn)：
（1）省電：使用高強(qiáng)度的硅酸鋁板、陶瓷纖維板、高段熱的保溫材料，可達(dá)電熱最高效率。
（2）操作：采用電腦觸目屏自動(dòng)化控制運(yùn)行操作，節(jié)省人力。

WZ-804淬火冷卻油（水）槽Quenching cooling oil(water) tank
特點(diǎn)：
（1）   采用板式熱交換器和諾亞方舟，能迅速地控制及調(diào)整油（水）溫。
（2）油（水）槽采用循環(huán)冷卻泵浦，能根據(jù)需要調(diào)整槽內(nèi)介質(zhì)的溫度。
（3）槽內(nèi)配備攪拌機(jī)，能使介質(zhì)溫度均勻。
（4）油（水）槽配備過濾網(wǎng)抽換式裝置，在作業(yè)上不至于因雜物累計(jì)而造成泵浦和熱交換器堵塞。
