1. 本公司生產(chǎn)的機床主要技術(shù)和零配件來自臺灣。機床具有高精度、高剛性、高可靠性和精度長期保持性等特點。
    2．機床床身采用樹脂砂精密鑄造FC-30強韌鑄鐵，經(jīng)過高溫2次回火，最大程度降低內(nèi)應(yīng)力。所有導(dǎo)軌面超音頻淬火精密研磨處理。導(dǎo)軌硬度達到                    HRC-50~60度
    3． 鏜銑頭主軸、齒輪、花鍵軸、傳動鍵等，皆采用鉻鉬合金（SCM415K），經(jīng)由滲碳處理硬化與精度研磨（JIS 1級），以確保運轉(zhuǎn)精度與使用壽命。
4   機床底座與工作臺采用雙“V”形導(dǎo)軌配合，工作臺磨擦界面貼附進口磨擦片（Turcite“B”），橫梁和立柱采用雙層組合導(dǎo)軌結(jié)構(gòu)。
5 。  工作臺采用移動式強制潤滑系統(tǒng)，其它采用自動注油潤滑系統(tǒng)，強力保障機床潤滑，減少機床導(dǎo)軌損壞。
6．機床具備軸數(shù)顯功能，電器元件采用原裝進口件，進給部分采用無級調(diào)速，機床采用懸掛式按鈕站操作。
7  。 工作臺配不銹鋼防護罩，橫梁配風(fēng)琴防護罩。
8．機床所有傳動都采用滾珠絲杠。(機頭進給除外)
