核桃殼簡(jiǎn)介： 
 
      核桃殼濾料是采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的山核桃殼作原料，經(jīng)過(guò)破碎、拋光、蒸洗、藥物處理，兩次篩選加工而成的一種水處理濾料。
      它是一種經(jīng)脫脂、破碎、篩選等處理加工過(guò)的顆粒狀，表面多微孔、吸附效果較好的濾料及拋光磨料。
核桃殼磨料是一種天然的滾光材料、用它做磨料不會(huì)破壞工件表面、拋光效果好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
 
核桃殼特點(diǎn)：
 
      核桃殼濾料堅(jiān)韌性大，耐磨抗壓、吸附能力強(qiáng)、抗油浸、不結(jié)塊、不腐爛?；瘜W(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，不含有毒物質(zhì)，在酸、堿水中溶解量很小，核桃殼在鹽酸溶液中的損耗為4.99%,在氫氧化鈉溶液中的損耗率為3.8%，不會(huì)引起水質(zhì)惡化現(xiàn)象。

      1、抗壓能力強(qiáng)粒徑為1.25-1.60mm的核桃殼粒，平均抗壓極限為0.2295KN(23.40kgf)。粒徑為0.80-1.00mm的核桃殼粒，平均抗壓極限為0.165KN(16.84kgf)。
      2、化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，不含有毒物質(zhì)，在酸、堿、水中溶解量很小，核桃殼在鹽酸溶液中的損耗為4.99%,在氫氧化鈉溶液中的損耗率為3.8%，不會(huì)引起水質(zhì)惡化現(xiàn)象。
