【簡(jiǎn)介】
椰殼活性炭采用菲律賓、印尼等國(guó)家進(jìn)口優(yōu)質(zhì)椰殼為原料，采用世界先進(jìn)技術(shù)的回轉(zhuǎn)式高溫活化爐，經(jīng)科學(xué)配方，精制而成。外觀呈黑色顆粒狀。優(yōu)點(diǎn)是孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)達(dá)，比表面積大，吸附性能強(qiáng)，化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定，易再生。該產(chǎn)品脫色、除臭快，產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)度高，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
【應(yīng)用】
1、氣相吸附中常使用顆?；钚蕴?，通常是讓氣流通過(guò)活性炭層進(jìn)行吸附。根據(jù)吸附裝置中活性炭層所處狀態(tài)的不同，吸附層有固定層、移動(dòng)層和流動(dòng)層幾種。但是，在電冰霜和汽車內(nèi)的脫臭器之類小型吸附器中，依靠氣體的對(duì)流和擴(kuò)散進(jìn)行吸附。除了顆?；钚蕴恳酝?，活性炭纖維和活性炭成型物也正在氣相吸附中得到日益廣泛的應(yīng)用。 
2、儀器室、空調(diào)室、地下室及海底設(shè)施中的空氣，由于外界污染或者受密閉環(huán)境中人群活動(dòng)的影響，常含有體臭、吸煙臭、烹飪臭、油、有機(jī)及無(wú)機(jī)硫化物、腐蝕性成分等，造成精密儀表腐蝕或影響人體健康?？捎没钚蕴窟M(jìn)行凈化，除去雜質(zhì)成分。
3、化工廠、皮革廠、造漆廠以及使用各種有機(jī)溶劑的工程排出的氣體中，含有各種有機(jī)溶劑、無(wú)機(jī)及有機(jī)硫化物、烴類、氯氣、油、汞及其他對(duì)環(huán)境有害的成分，可以用活性炭進(jìn)行吸附以后再排放。 原子能設(shè)施中排出的氣體中，含有放射性的氪、氙、碘等物質(zhì)，必須用活性炭將它們吸附干凈以后再行排放。煤、重油燃燒生成的煙氣中，含有二氧化硫及氮氧化物，它們是污染大氣、形成酸雨的有害成分，也可以用活性炭將它們吸附除去。  
4、椰殼活性炭用于精制氣體的用例還很多，例如防毒面具、香煙過(guò)濾嘴、冰箱除臭器、汽車尾氣處理裝置等，都是利用活性炭卓越的吸附性能，將氣體中有毒成分、對(duì)人體不利的成分或有臭味的成分除去。例如，在香煙過(guò)濾嘴中加入100~120ng活性炭以后就能將煙氣中對(duì)人體有害的成分除去很大一部分。
