 耐火水泥產(chǎn)品介紹：
     耐火度不低于1580°C的水泥。按組成不同可分為鋁酸鹽耐火水泥、低鈣鋁酸鹽耐火水泥、鈣鎂鋁酸鹽水泥和白云石耐火水泥等。
     歷史資料顯示，隨著人們對鋁酸鈣耐熱性能的發(fā)現(xiàn)和了解，1913年歐洲的鋁酸鈣的產(chǎn)量便有了飛速的提高。當(dāng)20世紀(jì)20年代不定型耐火澆注材料開始邁出自己的發(fā)展步伐時(shí)。到20世紀(jì)八十年代末和九十年代，逐漸出現(xiàn)了新的澆注技術(shù)。最先引進(jìn)使用的是低水泥澆注料的泵送和自流澆注技術(shù)。之后，又出現(xiàn)了濕式噴涂或噴射技術(shù)。在這些技術(shù)的變革中，產(chǎn)生了耐火水泥。耐火水泥也叫鋁酸鹽水泥。鋁酸鹽水泥是以鋁礬土和石灰石為原料，經(jīng)煅燒制得的以鋁酸鈣為主要成分、氧化鋁含量約50%的熟料，再磨制成的水硬性膠凝材料。鋁酸鹽水泥常為黃或褐色，也有呈灰色的。鋁酸鹽水泥的主要礦物成為鋁酸一鈣（CaO•Al2O3，簡寫CA）及其他的鋁酸鹽，以及少量的硅酸二鈣（2CaO•SiO2）等。
 
耐火水泥的用途：
耐火水泥可用于膠結(jié)各種耐火集料（如剛玉、煅燒高鋁礬土等），制成耐火砂漿或混凝土，用于水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯和其他工業(yè)窯爐作內(nèi)襯。
 
 
耐火水泥操作方法：
耐火水泥的烘烤
耐火水泥爐襯進(jìn)行烘烤時(shí)，必須注意下列事宜:
  1)常溫350度階段，最易引起局部爆裂，要特別注意緩慢烘烤。如在350度保溫后仍有大量蒸汽冒出，仍應(yīng)減緩升溫速度。
  2)在通風(fēng)不良、水氣不易排出的條件下，要適當(dāng)延長保溫時(shí)間。
  3)當(dāng)用重油烘烤時(shí)，要嚴(yán)防重油噴在爐襯表面，以防局部爆裂。
  4)當(dāng)用木柴烘烤時(shí)，直接接觸火焰處往往造成局部升溫過急，應(yīng)加以防護(hù)。
  5)對新澆搗的耐火水泥，至少要經(jīng)3d后才可進(jìn)行烘烤。
  6)對耐火水泥爐襯的冷卻也應(yīng)緩慢，避免強(qiáng)制通風(fēng)。

 
耐火水泥技術(shù)要求：
1、細(xì)度：水泥顆粒越細(xì)，比表面積越大，水化反應(yīng)越快越充分，早期和后期強(qiáng)度都較高。國家規(guī)定：比表面積應(yīng)大于300平方米/千克，否則為不合格。
2、凝結(jié)時(shí)間：為保證在施工時(shí)有充足的時(shí)間來完成攪拌、運(yùn)輸、成型等各種工藝，水泥的初凝時(shí)間不宜太短；施工完畢后，希望水泥能盡快硬化，產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)度，所以終凝時(shí)間不宜太長。硅酸鹽水泥的初凝時(shí)間不得早于45分鐘，終凝時(shí)間不得遲于390分鐘。
3、體積安定性：水泥漿體在凝結(jié)硬化過程中體積變化的均勻性稱為水泥的體積安定性。如體積變化不均勻即體積安定性不良，容易產(chǎn)生翹曲和開裂，降低工程質(zhì)量甚至出現(xiàn)事故。

Refractory cement technical requirements:
