       寬城綠康無煙煤濾料采用山西優(yōu)質(zhì)無煙煤為原料，經(jīng)精選、破碎、和兩次篩分而成，外觀光澤好，呈球狀，機械強度高，抗壓性能好，化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定，不含有毒物質(zhì)，耐磨損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無煙煤顆粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(＞50%)，有較高的含污能力，因質(zhì)輕，所需反沖洗強度較低，可節(jié)省大量反沖洗水量及電能。

 
       標(biāo)準(zhǔn)無煙煤濾料采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳塊經(jīng)精選、破碎、篩選加工而成，外觀光澤度好，呈多棱形顆粒狀，抗壓耐磨性強，一般用于雙層和三層過濾。

      無煙煤濾料是目前普遍采用雙層、三層快速過濾材料，機械強度高，化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，不含有毒有害物質(zhì)，在一般酸性、堿性、中性水中均不溶解，粒徑配級合理，比表面積好，它在過濾過程中所起作用的好壞，直接影響著濾后的水質(zhì)，各項指標(biāo)均達到(CJ/T44--1999)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，無煙煤濾料是提高濾速增加單位面積出水量和成倍提高截污能力，降低工程造價和減少占地面積最有效的途徑，廣泛用于化工、冶金、熱電、制藥、造紙、印染、食品等生產(chǎn)前后的水質(zhì)處理過程中。
 

 
使用注意事項：
 
      用于生括給水及工業(yè)給水的過濾凈化處理，使用時根據(jù)濾池的形式確定使用參數(shù)，一般雙層濾科的鋪裝厚度為300—400mm，正常濾速10—14m／h，強制濾速14—1 8m／h；三層濾料鋪裝厚度450mm，正常濾速18—20m／h，強制濾速20～25m／h；濾池反洗采用水沖洗、水汽沖洗或輔以表面沖洗。
