**煤介紹
 
      **煤采用**白煤為原料，經(jīng)精選碎，粉，篩等工藝加工而成是普遍采用雙層，三層**過濾材料。實(shí)用于一般酸性，中性堿性的凈化處理，具有良好的比表面積。
 
      **煤固定碳含量高，揮發(fā)分產(chǎn)率低，密度大，硬度大，燃點(diǎn)高，燃燒時不冒煙。黑色堅硬，有金屬光澤。以脂摩擦不致染污，斷口成貝殼狀，燃燒時火焰短而少煙。不結(jié)焦。一般含碳量在90%以上，揮發(fā)物在10%以下。無膠質(zhì)層厚度。熱值約6000-6500千卡/公斤。有時把揮發(fā)物含量特大的稱做半**煤；特小的稱做高**煤。
 
      **煤具有含硫低、水分低、揮發(fā)低、固定碳高以及耐燒、不鏈爐、不結(jié)焦，適用各種工業(yè)鍋爐以及生活取暖所用，煤炭種類分為：粉煤、12塊煤、25塊煤、38塊煤、中炭以及大炭，可根據(jù)客戶不同鍋爐、不同使用方法為客戶**即適用又減少成本的種類。
 
      與使用煙煤相比，由于**煤揮發(fā)份較低，因此需要一個相對較大的分解爐，以期獲得相同的生料分解率和相同的煤粉燃燼程度，或者要求一個較高的操作溫度，或者將**煤磨得較細(xì)一些。
 
     **煤的**強(qiáng)度，對于煉鐵、鈣鎂磷肥生產(chǎn)以及制合成氨原料氣使用的煤球來說都很重要，它也是檢測**煤內(nèi)部粉煤顆?；ハ嘟Y(jié)合的牢固程度的方法之一。**煤可以在冷態(tài)下進(jìn)行**試驗(yàn)，也可以在熱態(tài)下進(jìn)行。測定熱態(tài)下的**強(qiáng)度較能接近使用時的實(shí)際情況。顯然**煤**強(qiáng)度愈高，在爐內(nèi)燃燒、氣化時就愈不容易粉化和增加帶出物。總之，抗壓強(qiáng)度、跌落強(qiáng)度和**強(qiáng)度是判斷**煤冷、熱機(jī)械強(qiáng)度的三項主要指標(biāo)。
 
     **煤的熱穩(wěn)定性與煤的熱穩(wěn)定性一樣，是指在高溫下燃燒或氣化過程中對熱的穩(wěn)定程度。也就是**煤在高溫作用下保持原來粒度的性質(zhì)。熱穩(wěn)定性好的**煤，在燃燒或氣化過程中能以其原來的粒度燒掉。顯然熱穩(wěn)定性差的型煤，在使用過程中會使帶出物增多，同時增加爐內(nèi)阻力，甚至造成結(jié)渣，而且影響燃燒和氣化效率。因此**煤的熱穩(wěn)定性也是重要的指標(biāo)之一。
 
**煤用途
 
      **煤塊煤主要應(yīng)用是化肥（氮肥、合成氨）、陶瓷、制造鍛造等行業(yè)；**粉煤主要應(yīng)用在冶金行業(yè)用于高爐噴吹（高爐噴吹煤主要包括**煤、貧煤、瘦煤和氣煤）。**煤用于居民、機(jī)關(guān)食堂、飲食行業(yè)等爐灶上用于炊事和取暖用**煤。**煤生產(chǎn)工藝有無粘結(jié)劑成型、有粘結(jié)劑成型、熱壓成型三種。**煤用于鏈條鍋爐、手燒鍋爐等。**煤用于化工廠、造紙廠、化纖廠、啤酒廠、銅廠、化肥廠、磚廠及屠宰廠等等。
