    體積表面電阻率測(cè)試儀工作原理: 
        根據(jù)歐姆定律,被測(cè)電阻Rx等于施加電壓V除以通過(guò)的電流I。傳統(tǒng)的高阻計(jì)的工作原理是測(cè)量電壓V固定,通過(guò)測(cè)量流過(guò)取樣電阻的電流I來(lái)得到電阻值。從歐姆定律可以看出,由于電流I是與電阻成反比,而不是成正比,所以電阻的顯示值是非線(xiàn)性的,即電阻無(wú)窮大時(shí),電流為零,即表頭的零位處是∞,其附近的刻度非常密,分辨率很低。整個(gè)刻度是非線(xiàn)性的。又由于測(cè)量不同的電阻時(shí),其電壓V也會(huì)有些變化,所以普通的高阻計(jì)是精度差、分辨率低。 
        本儀器是同時(shí)測(cè)出電阻兩端的電壓V和流過(guò)電阻的電流I,通過(guò)內(nèi)部的大規(guī)模集成電路完成電壓除以電流的計(jì)算,然后把所得到的結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后以數(shù)字顯示出電阻值,即便是電阻兩端的電壓V和流過(guò)電阻的電流I是同時(shí)變化,其顯示的電阻值不象普通高阻計(jì)那樣因被測(cè)電壓V的變化或電流I的變化而變,所以,即使測(cè)量電壓、被測(cè)量電阻、電源電壓等發(fā)生變化對(duì)其結(jié)果影響不大,其測(cè)量精度很高(專(zhuān)利),從理論上講其誤差可以做到零,而實(shí)際誤差可以做到千分之幾或萬(wàn)分之幾。

    6.1接好電源線(xiàn) 
    確保電源為220VAC/50Hz 
    6.2接通電源 
       將電流電阻量程置于 104 檔,電壓量程置于10V,然后開(kāi)機(jī)。
    6.3調(diào)零 
    在“Rx”兩端開(kāi)路的情況下,調(diào)零使電流表的顯示為0000 .注意:在“Rx”兩端不開(kāi)路,如接在電阻箱或被測(cè)量物體上時(shí)調(diào)零后測(cè)量會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大的誤差。一般一次調(diào)零后在測(cè)試過(guò)程中不需再調(diào)零。 完畢后關(guān)機(jī)。
    6.4連接線(xiàn)路

    6.7 測(cè)試完畢將電阻電流量程拔至“104 ”檔,電壓量程調(diào)至10V后關(guān)閉電源
    ★每測(cè)量一次均應(yīng)將量程開(kāi)關(guān)撥回到104“調(diào)零”檔的量程位置以免開(kāi)機(jī)或測(cè)量端短路時(shí)而損壞儀器。
