木質(zhì)粉狀活性炭的生產(chǎn)方法分為磷酸法生產(chǎn)和氯化鋅法生產(chǎn)兩種。
1、 以磷酸法生產(chǎn)的木質(zhì)粉狀活性炭，具有發(fā)達(dá)的中孔結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)達(dá)的比表面積，吸附容量大、 過(guò)濾速度快，不含鋅鹽之特性。
2、 以用氯化鋅法生產(chǎn)的木質(zhì)粉狀活性炭，具有發(fā)達(dá)的中孔結(jié)構(gòu)，吸附容量大、**過(guò)濾等特性。

1、運(yùn)輸與裝卸：活性炭在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中，不得用鐵鉤拖拽，應(yīng)防止與堅(jiān)硬物質(zhì)混裝，不可強(qiáng)烈振動(dòng)、磨擦、踩、砸，嚴(yán)禁拋擲，應(yīng)輕裝輕卸，以減少包裝破碎，影響使用。
2、儲(chǔ)存：應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存于陰涼干燥處，防止內(nèi)外包裝袋破裂，防止受潮和其它物質(zhì)，影響使用效果、存放要遠(yuǎn)離污染源。
3、嚴(yán)禁水浸：活性炭屬于凈化物質(zhì)，所以在運(yùn)輸、儲(chǔ)存和使用過(guò)程中，都要**防止水浸，因水浸后，*吸附，嚴(yán)重影響使用效果。
