黑剛玉簡(jiǎn)介：
 
       黑剛玉磨料是以優(yōu)質(zhì)的礬土為主要原料，少加還原劑而后,在電弧爐內(nèi)經(jīng)高溫冶煉而成，色澤呈黑色。黑剛玉又名低鋁剛玉，其特點(diǎn)是Al2O3 含量較低，并有一定量的Fe2O3存在，具有硬度適中、韌性高、耐高溫、熱態(tài)性能溫定的特點(diǎn)。

       黑剛玉磨料基本料集中，切削力強(qiáng)，韌性大，剛?cè)嵯酀?jì)，耐磨性好，工效高。黑剛玉磨料，適用于不銹鋼，金屬制品電鍍前底面拋光和噴沙，它適用于玻璃、竹木、石材等制品的磨削和拋光．黑剛玉廣泛應(yīng)用于餐具拋光行業(yè)，電鍍前底面拋光行業(yè)，金屬表面處理行業(yè)，玻璃制品行業(yè)，鋁制品和不銹鋼的拋光。又是制造樹(shù)脂砂輪，砂布的新凝材料。目前，最為廣泛地應(yīng)用于不銹鋼餐廚具，燈具燈飾摩托車零件，汽車配件等中等硬度材料的精細(xì)拋光。
 

       黑剛玉可廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑領(lǐng)域，黑剛玉是國(guó)內(nèi)外高新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域中具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景的優(yōu)良材料，可廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、冶金等行業(yè)。用于水泥或混凝土中可改善水泥或混凝土的性能，配制具有超高、強(qiáng)高、耐磨、耐沖刷、耐腐蝕、抗?jié)B透、抗凍、早強(qiáng)的特種混凝土或復(fù)合水泥，以適應(yīng)油田固井、海洋油田鉆井平臺(tái)、海港碼頭、鐵路橋梁高速公路、飛機(jī)場(chǎng)跑道、隧道及城市高層建筑等工程的特殊要求；用于橡膠中可提高橡膠的延伸性、抗撕裂性和抗拉強(qiáng)度；用于耐火材料和陶瓷制品中，有效提高產(chǎn)品的強(qiáng)度和耐久性。
      1、黑剛玉混凝土用在水利水電工程上，可以提高工程的抗磨蝕能力國(guó)內(nèi)外傳統(tǒng)的抗磨蝕材料多用環(huán)氧砂漿等高分子材料，這類材料抗磨蝕能力雖好,但由于它本身線膨脹系數(shù)數(shù)倍于基底普通混凝土，與基底混凝土溫度適應(yīng)不好，在自然氣候條件下容易開(kāi)裂脫落，且施工復(fù)雜，有毒性，成本昂貴，不能大面積推廣應(yīng)用。而使用黑剛玉混凝土，抗沖磨蝕能力提高一倍左右，抗48m／s流速級(jí)的抗磨蝕能力提高3倍以上。
      2、黑剛玉混凝土用在水利工程上，可以提高工程的抗裂性能水工混凝土裂縫，已成為人們普遍關(guān)注的大問(wèn)題。裂縫的原因是由于材料本身的水化熱升溫，如在混凝土中摻入粉煤灰，雖可以降低化電熱升溫，但早期強(qiáng)度比較低，使粉煤灰用量受到限制。
      3、黑剛玉混凝土可以提高抗?jié)B透性能和抗鹽蝕性能，保護(hù)鋼筋。水下工程中由于氯離子滲入混凝土中，引起鋼筋快速銹蝕，混凝土脫層，壽命短，破壞性嚴(yán)重。水下混凝土澆筑一般采用導(dǎo)管法，由于水泥漿的散失，使其與基層不能很好粘結(jié)，并且降低與水接觸部分的強(qiáng)度。在水下混凝土中摻入微硅粉后，這些問(wèn)題均能得明顯的改善。
      4、黑剛玉混凝土用在交通公路路面的搶修上，具有極強(qiáng)的耐磨特性用普通混凝土澆筑道路，需要28天才能正常通車，一般早強(qiáng)混凝土也要3天才能通車，混凝土公路路面損壞是不可避免的。用常規(guī)的方法修復(fù)，常常要造成交通中斷，從而帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。而使用具有早強(qiáng)及耐磨特性的微硅粉混凝土，經(jīng)實(shí)際運(yùn)用效果十分理想。飛機(jī)場(chǎng)的跑道要求使用80MPa以上的混凝土并且耐磨性能好，黑剛玉也可大顯身手。 
 

 
       黑剛玉用耐用編織袋包裝凈重25kg（也可按照客戶要求包裝）， 運(yùn)輸儲(chǔ)存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物．不宜與承托料及其他濾料一起運(yùn)輸堆放。
