金剛砂簡介：
 
      金剛砂是籠統(tǒng)的叫法，可以是碳化硅，也可以是棕剛玉，亦可以是黑剛玉。金剛砂又叫石榴石砂，這是因為它的產(chǎn)生條件而起的，是一種硅酸鹽礦物質(zhì)。金剛砂原材料經(jīng)過簡單加工可分幾個等級，篩選分級等方法制成的研磨材料硬度很大，大約是莫氏7-8度。一般的是棕色顆粒。純的是無色晶體，密度3.06～3.20，硬度很大，大約是莫氏9.5度。一般的是無色粉狀顆粒。磨碎以后，可以作研磨粉，可制擦光紙，又可制磨輪和砥石的摩擦表面。
 
金剛砂特點：

金剛砂的冶煉工藝： 
 
剛玉冶煉一般有三種方法： 
    1. 流放發(fā)：連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，自動化程度高，但投資大，結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，適合于大功率冶煉。 
    2. 傾倒法：連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，機械化程度高，投資較小，生產(chǎn)效率好，目前使用普遍的一種方法。 
    3. 固定法(熔塊法)：間斷生產(chǎn)，機械化程度低，但投資小，設(shè)備簡單，工藝方便，是目前小型磨料廠進(jìn)行剛玉冶煉的主要方法。

      金剛砂磨碎以后，可以作研磨粉，可制擦光紙，又可制磨輪和砥石的摩擦表面。 生產(chǎn)使用歷史悠久，古代我國就有使用金剛砂研磨水晶玻璃，各種玉石的史例。十九世紀(jì)四十年代又遠(yuǎn)銷東洋。分粗目，中目，細(xì)目三大類。各種目數(shù)粒度均勻，顆粒形狀均一，成棱叫角晶體，有鋒利的邊緣，磨削力高。供石材類工業(yè)研磨大理石及其它軟質(zhì)材料。玻璃類工業(yè)研磨玻璃毛邊，電視機顯像管，光學(xué)器械，鏡片，棱鏡，鐘表用玻璃等。金屬類工業(yè)噴砂，除銹，研磨。印刷工業(yè)研磨膠版，以及輕工業(yè)加工塑樣，皮革，砂紙等用途。金剛砂任性強，具有介殼狀段口之特性，其優(yōu)點是磨件的光潔度高，砂痕少而淺。磨面細(xì)而均勻，可提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。金剛砂的研磨時間短，效益高，價格低廉，可彌補壽命短的不足。

     金剛砂用耐用編織袋包裝凈重25kg（也可按照客戶要求包裝）， 運輸儲存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物．不宜與其他物品一起運輸堆放。
