磁鐵礦簡介：
 
     磁鐵礦為一種具有亞鐵磁性的礦物，其富含四氧化三鐵（化學(xué)式為Fe304，相對分子質(zhì)量為231.54）。產(chǎn)于變質(zhì)礦床和內(nèi)生礦床中，氧化后變?yōu)槌噼F礦或褐鐵礦，是煉鐵的主要原料。磁鐵礦為氧化物類礦物磁鐵礦的礦石，屬等軸晶系，晶體呈八面體、十二面體。晶面有條紋。多為粒塊狀集合體，鐵黑色，或具暗藍靛色。常產(chǎn)于巖漿巖、變質(zhì)巖中。海濱沙中也常存在。分布山東、河北、河南、遼寧、黑龍江、內(nèi)蒙古、湖北、云南、廣東、四川、山西、江蘇、安徽。
 
磁鐵礦特點： 
 
       磁鐵礦具有半金屬光澤，不透明，無解理，斷口不平坦，硬度5.5～6.5，密度5.16～5.18g/cm³，具強磁性，性脆，無臭，無味。磁鐵礦濾料具有過濾速度快、截污能力強、使用周期長等特點。磁鐵礦濾料外觀呈球狀，機械強度高，不含有毒有害物質(zhì)。

       磁鐵礦濾料呈棕褐色顆粒狀，是三層濾料濾池的必備材料。目前我們久久磨料廠生產(chǎn)的磁鐵礦濾料是由含鐵40-42%的磁鐵礦中精選而成的。它具有過濾速度快、截污能力強、使用周期長等特點。
 
    正因為磁鐵礦的這些高效性能，所以非常適用于管式大阻力配水系統(tǒng)，通常與無煙煤濾料和石英砂濾料配合使用，主要對改進承托層和配水系統(tǒng)有著良好的適用能力，強度高、濾速快、反沖洗時不易混層。另外，它對除鐵、除錳、除氟效果也很明顯，廣泛用于給排水、冶金、電力、化工、石油、環(huán)保、輕紡、造紙、制革等領(lǐng)域。對提高生活飲用水、高純水凈化、工業(yè)污水處理質(zhì)量、延長供水設(shè)備壽命等起到了極大作用。
 
      在國內(nèi)大多數(shù)工業(yè)水處理中，采用的過濾形式都是壓力過濾形式，壓力過濾器的過濾壓力和反沖洗壓力都比較大，所以在墊層中使用比重大的磁鐵礦墊料，可以隨較大的反沖洗壓力。如果使用比重小或不合格的墊料，容易造成濾料和墊料在反沖洗過程中出現(xiàn)混層，過濾器很快失去過濾作用。在水過濾行業(yè)磁鐵礦濾料成為了大多數(shù)廠家首選優(yōu)質(zhì)濾料。
 

 
       磁鐵礦選用耐用編織袋包裝凈重25kg（也可按照客戶要求包裝），粒徑小于0.5mm的磁鐵礦濾料，加內(nèi)層塑料袋，也可用噸袋包裝。 運輸儲存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物．不宜與承托料及其他濾料一起運輸堆放。
