【莫來石的分類介紹】：
 
     莫來石是一種優(yōu)質(zhì)的耐火材料，它具有膨脹均勻、熱枕穩(wěn)定性極好、荷重軟化點(diǎn)高、高溫蠕變值小、硬度大、抗化學(xué)腐蝕性好等特點(diǎn)，主要有高純電熔莫來石、普通電熔莫來石、全天然鋁礬土精礦燒結(jié)莫來石和輕燒莫來石。
 
1. 燒結(jié)莫來石
 
     采用天然優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁礬土，通過多級均化，經(jīng)1750℃以上高溫?zé)Y(jié)而成。具有體積密度大、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，熱震穩(wěn)定性好、高溫蠕變值小和抗化學(xué)腐蝕性好等性能特點(diǎn)。是生產(chǎn)各種定型與不定型耐火材料、高級衛(wèi)生潔具坯體、精密鑄造模型等耐材制品的理想原料。

2. 輕質(zhì)莫來石骨料

 
     本產(chǎn)品既是利用天然鋁礬土為原料，采用合理的工藝制得適用于1400-1500℃使用的高溫輕質(zhì)骨料。
    一 、特點(diǎn)
    1、使用溫度高，可直接接觸火焰作工作襯使用，實(shí)現(xiàn)高溫節(jié)能。
    2、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)低，保溫性能好，特制輕質(zhì)莫來石骨料配料，體積穩(wěn)定，強(qiáng)度高，結(jié)構(gòu)氣密較好。
    3、結(jié)構(gòu)重量減輕40--60%，消除爐頂?shù)鯍齑u斷隱患。
    4、可快速烘爐，高空隙率排氣順暢，縮短烘爐工期，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著。
    二、使用范圍
    各種火焰爐工作襯，直接接觸火焰(不接觸熔體)，其它高溫設(shè)備保溫隔熱，如：
    1、配制各種輕質(zhì)耐火澆注料、噴涂料等；
    2、加熱爐、均熱爐、熱處理爐、退火爐、陶瓷、耐火制品燒成爐的爐頂、爐墻。
    3、蒸汽鍋爐，石油工業(yè)管式加熱爐、乙烷裂解爐爐襯。
     4、各種工業(yè)爐爐門、觀察孔內(nèi)襯
 
3. 煅燒莫來石
 
    天然煅燒莫來石系列產(chǎn)品，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)煤系高嶺土為原料，經(jīng)高溫煅燒加工而成。產(chǎn)品具有質(zhì)地密、硬度高、膨脹系數(shù)小、耐磨性能優(yōu)、熱化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好等特性。主要應(yīng)用于冶金、建材、化工、耐火材料、軍工等行業(yè)中。
 
4. 電熔莫來石

 
    選用優(yōu)質(zhì)純天然莫來石原礦，經(jīng)先進(jìn)的工業(yè)電爐高溫熔燒而成。具有膨脹均勻、熱震穩(wěn)定性極好、荷重軟化點(diǎn)高、高溫蠕變值小、硬度大、抗化學(xué)腐蝕性好等特點(diǎn)。莫來石是冶金、陶瓷、建材、化工、電力及鑄造等行業(yè)的理想材料。

【莫來石使用范圍】：
 
    用莫來石生產(chǎn)的高溫莫來石質(zhì)絕熱磚具有耐高溫、強(qiáng)度高導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小，節(jié)能效果顯著等特點(diǎn)，適用于石油裂介爐、冶金熱風(fēng)爐、陶瓷輥道窯、隧道窯、電瓷抽屜窯、玻璃坩堝窯及各種電爐的內(nèi)襯，可直接接觸火焰。
