水質(zhì)凈化用沸石顆粒 天然沸石
 
一、沸石簡(jiǎn)介：
沸石具有吸附性、離子交換性、催化和耐酸耐熱等性能，因此被廣泛用作吸附劑、離子交換劑和催化劑，也可用于氣體的干燥、凈化和污水處理等方面。沸石還具有“營(yíng)養(yǎng)”價(jià)值。在飼料中添加5%的沸石粉，能使禽畜生長(zhǎng)加快，體壯肉鮮，產(chǎn)蛋率高。
 
二、沸石性能：
天然沸石是一種新興材料，被廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、國(guó)防等部門(mén)，并且它的用途還在不斷地開(kāi)拓。
1、沸石被用作離子交換劑、吸附分離劑、干燥劑、催化劑、水泥混合材料。
2、在石油、化學(xué)工業(yè)中，用作石油煉制的催化裂化、氫化裂化和石油的化學(xué)異構(gòu)化、重整、烷基化、歧化；氣、液凈化、分離和儲(chǔ)存劑；硬水軟化、海水淡化劑；特殊干燥劑（干燥空氣、氮、烴類等）。
3、在輕工行業(yè)用于造紙、合成橡膠、塑料、樹(shù)脂、涂料充填劑和素質(zhì)顏色等。
4、在國(guó)防、空間技術(shù)、超真空技術(shù)、開(kāi)發(fā)能源、電子工業(yè)等方面，用作吸附分離劑和干燥劑。
5、在建材工業(yè)中，用作水泥水硬性活性摻和料，燒制人工輕骨料，制作輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)度板材和磚。在農(nóng)業(yè)上用作土壤改良劑，能起保肥、保水、防止病蟲(chóng)害的作用。
6、在禽畜業(yè)中，作飼料（豬、雞）的添加劑和除臭劑等，可促進(jìn)牲口成長(zhǎng)，提高小雞成活率。
7、在環(huán)境保護(hù)方面，用來(lái)處理廢氣、廢水，從廢水廢液中脫除或回收金屬離子，脫除廢水中放射性污染物。
 
三、沸石在水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖中用途：
1、作魚(yú)、蝦、蟹的飼料添加劑。沸石含有魚(yú)、蝦、蟹生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育所必需的多種常量元素和微量元素，這些元素多以可交換離子狀態(tài)和可溶性鹽基形式存在，較易被吸收利用，同時(shí)還具有生物酶的多種催化作用。因此，在魚(yú)、蝦、蟹飼料中應(yīng)用沸石具有促進(jìn)新陳代謝，促進(jìn)生長(zhǎng)，增強(qiáng)抗病力，提高成活率，調(diào)節(jié)動(dòng)物的體液和滲透壓，保持酸堿平衡，凈化水質(zhì)的功效，還有一定的防霉作用。魚(yú)、蝦、蟹飼料中的沸石粉用量一般在3%~5%之間。
2、作水質(zhì)處理劑。沸石由于內(nèi)部有很多孔徑、均勻的管狀孔道和內(nèi)表面積很大的孔穴，因而具有獨(dú)特的吸附、篩分、交換陰陽(yáng)離子以及催化性能。它能吸收水中氨態(tài)氮、有機(jī)物和重金屬離子，能有效地降低池底硫化氫毒性，調(diào)節(jié)pH值，增加水中溶解氧，為浮游植物生長(zhǎng)提供充足碳素，提高水體光合作用強(qiáng)度，同時(shí)也是一種良好的微量元素肥料。漁塘中每施入1公斤沸石，可帶入200毫升氧氣，然后以微泡形式緩慢釋放，可防止水質(zhì)惡化，防止魚(yú)浮頭。沸石粉作水質(zhì)改良劑時(shí)，用量按每畝一米水深加13公斤左右全池遍灑。
3、作修建漁塘材料。沸石內(nèi)部有許多孔隙，具有極強(qiáng)的吸附能力，人們?cè)谛拚麧O塘的時(shí)候，摒棄過(guò)去全部采用黃砂鋪池底的傳統(tǒng)習(xí)慣，采用底層鋪黃砂，上層撒放具有陰陽(yáng)離子交換能力和吸附水中有害物質(zhì)作用的沸石，這樣可使?jié)O塘水色一年四季都保持綠豆青色或黃綠色，能促進(jìn)魚(yú)類快速健康生長(zhǎng)，提高養(yǎng)殖經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
