推薦施工方式：刷涂或噴涂。面漆建議用噴涂施工，漆膜效果更佳。
施工工藝：涂裝工藝（以水曲柳板為例）
耗漆量（理論值）：面漆：8-10平方米/公斤(混合液，刷涂一遍的耗量)
底漆：5-7平方米/公斤(混合液，噴涂一遍的耗量)
(因基材、涂料顏色和效果不同，耗漆量會有所不同)
干燥時間(溫度25℃、相對濕度75%)：表干時間小于60分鐘 實干時間12小時
可使用時間(溫度25℃、相對溫度75%)：油漆混合后應(yīng)在4小時以內(nèi)用完。
重涂時間(溫度25℃、相對濕度75%)：
如果采用濕噴濕涂飾方法，在漆膜表干以后馬上重涂，中間無需打磨。但底
漆施工4小時，面漆施工8小時后如果還要進行下步涂裝，則必須對涂層進行
打磨，以增加漆膜間的附著力。
施工注意事項：
①配漆時，將罐內(nèi)油漆充分攪拌均勻，按規(guī)定比例調(diào)配，再次攪拌均勻，靜
置10分鐘后過濾使用。
②請將被涂物表面的灰塵、顆粒清理干凈，再涂飾下一道漆。
③開罐后若油漆不能一次用完則必須即時密封。
④請配套使用本公司產(chǎn)品，以免引起不良反應(yīng)。
⑤請根據(jù)溫度的變化選擇配套的稀釋劑。
⑥基材的含水率應(yīng)與當?shù)氐钠胶夂氏喈?，表面要求干燥清潔?
⑦施工時應(yīng)配戴防護用具，并保持良好通風。
⑧請根據(jù)施工難度和漆膜效果及時改變稀釋的加入量。
儲存方式：密閉存于陰涼干燥處，遠離明火及熱源。
