一、無煙煤濾料應(yīng)用：
無煙煤濾料是目前普遍采用的最佳過濾材料。它用途廣泛，適應(yīng)范圍大。可用于生活飲用水和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)用水以及各種池型的普通快濾池。雙層及三層濾池，各種污水過濾器，凈水機械過濾器及化工、冶金、熱電、制藥、造紙、印染、食品等的生產(chǎn)前后的水質(zhì)處理。
二、無煙煤濾料使用方法：
無煙煤濾料在過濾過程中所起作用的好壞，直接影響著濾過的水質(zhì)，故對此濾料的選擇必須達到以下幾點要求：
①機械強度高，破碎率和磨損率之和不應(yīng)大于3%（百分比按質(zhì)量計）。
②化學性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，不含有毒物質(zhì)。在一般酸性、堿性、中性水中均不溶解。出廠產(chǎn)品經(jīng)中國水處理濾料監(jiān)督檢測中心測定：鹽酸可溶率為0.68%（部頒標準為3.5）在各類水源中均可達到良好的凈化效果。
③粒徑級配合理，比表面積大。產(chǎn)品外觀呈球狀而有棱角，光澤度好，經(jīng)機械振動三次篩分，級配符合有關(guān)技術(shù)指標。均勻系數(shù)（K60）不大于1.5（日本標準），不均勻系數(shù)（K80）在1.6-2.0之間，空隙率大于50%。
④粒徑范圍小于指定下限粒徑按重量計不大于5%，大于指定上限粒徑按重量計不大于5%。
三、無煙煤濾料常用規(guī)格：
0.5－0.8mm，0.8－1.2mm，0.8－1.8mm，1－2mm，2－4mm等。
四、無煙煤濾料包裝：
25kg編織袋包裝，可按要求訂制。

The particle size distribution is reasonable, specific surface area. The appearance of the product is spherical and angular, good gloss, mechanical vibration three times by sieving, grading conform to the relevant technical indexes. Uniformity coefficient (K60) of not more than 1.5 (Japan), non-uniform coefficient (K80) between 1.6-2.0, void ratio greater than 50%.
The range of particle size is smaller than the minimum size specified by weight not more than 5%, greater than the specified maximum size not larger than 5% by weight.
