一、無煙煤濾料說明：
無煙煤濾料采用優(yōu)質(zhì)原煤為原料，經(jīng)精選、破碎、和兩次篩分而成，外觀光澤好，呈球狀，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，抗壓性能好，化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定，不含有毒物質(zhì)，耐磨損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無煙煤顆粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(≥52%)，有較高的含污能力，因質(zhì)輕，所需反沖洗強(qiáng)度較低，可節(jié)省大量反沖洗水量及電能。
二、無煙煤濾料的應(yīng)用：
無煙煤濾料同石英砂濾料配合使用是我國推廣的雙層快速濾池和三層濾池、濾罐過濾的最佳材料。是提高濾速增加單位面積出水量和成倍提高截污能力，降低工程造價(jià)和減少占地面積最有效的途徑。廣泛用于化工、冶金、熱電、制藥、造紙、印染、食品等生產(chǎn)前后的水質(zhì)處理過程中。
三、無煙煤濾料常用規(guī)格：
0.5－0.8mm，0.8－1.2mm，0.8－1.8mm，1－2mm，2－4mm等。
