白剛玉的概述 
白剛玉是以優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁氧化粉為原料，經(jīng)電熔提煉結(jié)晶而成，硬度略高于棕剛玉，韌性稍低，純度高、自銳性好、磨削能力強、發(fā)熱量小、效率高、耐酸堿腐蝕、耐高溫熱穩(wěn)定性好。用其制成磨具適用于磨削高速鋼，高碳鋼等廣泛應(yīng)用于固結(jié)磨具，涂附磨具，拋光和精密鑄造等行業(yè)。并且由于白剛玉經(jīng)電熔提煉結(jié)晶而成，硬度略高于棕剛玉，韌性稍低，純度高、耐酸堿腐蝕、耐高溫熱穩(wěn)定性好,是一種高級的耐火材料。
 
產(chǎn)品粒度按國際標準以及各國標準生產(chǎn)，可按用戶要求粒度進行加工。通用粒度號為 F4~F220，其化學(xué)成份視粒度大小而不同。突出的特點是晶體尺寸小耐沖擊，如果用自磨機 加工破碎，顆粒多為球狀顆粒，表面干潔，易于結(jié)合劑結(jié)合。

白剛玉的主要產(chǎn)地 
白剛玉的主要產(chǎn)地有緬甸，泰國，斯里蘭卡，越南，坦桑尼亞，中國的云南、安徽、青海等省也有產(chǎn)出，其中以云南產(chǎn)剛玉質(zhì)量較好。
 
白剛玉的優(yōu)勢 
1、不影響加工件的顏色;  
2、可在嚴禁鐵粉殘留的制程使用來噴砂;  
3、微粉級非常適合濕式噴砂和研光作業(yè);  
4、加工速度快品質(zhì)高;  
5、所含氧化鐵的量極低適合嚴禁鐵質(zhì)殘留之噴砂作業(yè);  
6、經(jīng)過酸洗步驟以除雜質(zhì)。
 
白剛玉的主要用途 
白剛玉適用于各種高端產(chǎn)品，工藝或者五金等產(chǎn)品表面美化處理，噴砂后表面潔白無任何雜質(zhì)，免去清洗煩惱。細號白剛玉可用作拋光研磨之首。也可用做各種產(chǎn)品添加劑。  
1、表面加工：金屬氧化層，碳化物黑皮，金屬或非金屬表面污銹清除，如重力壓鑄模，橡膠模之氧化物或離形劑之去除，陶瓷表面黑點，鈾色去除，彩繪重生。  
2、美化加工：各種黃金，K金飾品，貴金屬制品之消光或霧面處理，水晶，玻璃，波紋，壓克力等非金屬之霧面加工以及能使加工物表面成金屬光澤。  
3、蝕刻加工：玉石，水晶，瑪瑙，半寶石，印章，雅石，古董，大理石墓碑，陶瓷，木材，竹片等之蝕刻美工。  
4、前處理加工：鐵氟龍（TEFLON），PU，橡膠，塑料被覆，橡膠滾桶（ROLLER），電鍍，金屬噴焊，鍍鈦等之前處理，使表面附著力增加。  
5、毛邊加工：電木，塑料，鋅，鋁壓鑄品，電子零件，磁芯等之毛邊去除。 
6、應(yīng)力消除加工：航天，國防，精密工業(yè)之零件，除銹，除漆消光，整修等之應(yīng)力消除加工處理。
