 棕剛玉的冶煉工藝 　　棕剛玉冶煉一般有三種方法：　　1. 流放發(fā)：連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，自動(dòng)化程度高，但投資大，結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，適合于大功率冶煉?！　?. 傾倒法：連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，機(jī)械化程度高，投資較小，生產(chǎn)效率好，目前使用普遍的一種方法?！　?. 固定法(熔塊法)：間斷生產(chǎn)，機(jī)械化程度低，但投資小，設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)單，工藝方便，是目前小型磨料廠進(jìn)行 
棕剛玉段砂：
具有介殼狀斷口，邊角鋒利，可在不斷粉碎分級(jí)中形成新的棱角和邊刃，使其研磨能力優(yōu)于其他磨料，尤其是具有硬度高，比重大，化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定和特有的自銳性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，使之成為噴砂工藝用磨料的首選，同時(shí)更是噴砂除銹清理工件，研磨拋光的理想材料。
棕剛玉段砂的應(yīng)用范圍：
