一、無(wú)煙煤濾料的功能：
無(wú)煙煤濾料是一種水處理行業(yè)過(guò)濾用濾料，是采用優(yōu)質(zhì)無(wú)煙煤為原料，經(jīng)精選碎，粉，篩等工藝加工而成。
無(wú)煙煤濾料是普遍采用的雙層，三層快速過(guò)濾材料。無(wú)煙煤濾料是三層濾料中最為重要的一層，因?yàn)樽陨碇苯用鎸?duì)著污水，是過(guò)濾污水的第一層濾料，如果不能準(zhǔn)確的掌握無(wú)煙煤濾料的厚度，就會(huì)引起不必要的損失。
二、無(wú)煙煤濾料的使用方法：
1、污水量的大小和無(wú)煙煤濾料的厚度有著最為直接的關(guān)系，一般的情況下，污水量越大濾料層的厚度要稍微增大，如果污水量小的話，要適當(dāng)?shù)慕档蜔o(wú)煙煤濾料的厚度。
2、如果是過(guò)濾罐的時(shí)候一定要根據(jù)過(guò)濾罐的大小來(lái)決定厚度，過(guò)濾罐的大小和無(wú)煙煤濾料的厚度也有著重要的關(guān)系，過(guò)濾罐內(nèi)一般的厚度為70厘米，最高的是85厘米，最低的厚度是65厘米。
3、利用測(cè)量的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)決定厚度，可以事先對(duì)污水的渾濁度進(jìn)行測(cè)量，然后根據(jù)渾濁度來(lái)變化無(wú)煙煤濾料的厚度。
用于生括給水及工業(yè)給水的過(guò)濾凈化處理。使用時(shí)根據(jù)濾池的形式確定使用參數(shù)，一般雙層濾料的鋪裝厚度為280—420mm；正常濾速10—14m/h，強(qiáng)制濾速14—1 8m/h；三層濾料鋪裝厚度450mm，正常濾速18—20m/h，強(qiáng)制濾速20～25m/h。濾池反洗采用水沖洗、水汽沖洗或輔以表面沖洗。
常用于各種介質(zhì)過(guò)濾器，碳鋼介質(zhì)過(guò)濾器，三層快速過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)濾池。
三、無(wú)煙煤濾料常用規(guī)格：
0.5－0.8mm，0.8－1.2mm，0.8－1.8mm，1－2mm，2－4mm等。
