一、屠宰廢水處理的必要性
   屠宰過程中不可避免地會產(chǎn)生一定的廢水，如解體沖洗、地面沖洗等廢水。這些廢水中的脂肪、蛋白質(zhì)等微生物物質(zhì)不經(jīng)過處理，直接排放水體，將對其周圍環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重富營養(yǎng)化，嚴(yán)重破壞水體的自凈能力，造成水體發(fā)黑變臭，影響環(huán)境和農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉。由此，屠宰廢水處理設(shè)備成了一個必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)。
二、屠宰廢水的處理過程
  （1）屠宰廢水富含大量的漂浮物（血污、毛皮、雜物、染物等等），可用格柵予以攔截，以保證后續(xù)設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。
  （2）屠宰廢水富含血污、油脂等大分子有機(jī)物，直接進(jìn)入好氧將很難降解，因此格柵出水之后進(jìn)入化糞池。
  （3）屠宰廢水處理設(shè)備場現(xiàn)有化糞池能夠起到一定的處理效果，但其出水濃度依然很高并夾帶部分油脂，減輕后續(xù)處理設(shè)施的負(fù)荷，可在前端加一座油水分離的隔油池以去除油脂。
  （4）屠宰場因為工作時間的因素，其排水周期跟其它廢水排放周期不同，主要集中夜間排放，必須設(shè)置一個較大的調(diào)節(jié)池來調(diào)節(jié)水質(zhì)水量以保證整套設(shè)施的正常運(yùn)行，減輕對后續(xù)設(shè)施帶來的沖擊負(fù)荷，廢水經(jīng)調(diào)節(jié)池收集然后通過泵泵入后續(xù)處理設(shè)施。
三、屠宰廢水的處理工藝
  （1）屠宰廢水處理設(shè)備：經(jīng)過前端化糞池處理后，廢水中依然含有大部分大分子有機(jī)污染物，需要進(jìn)一步對其降解，為后續(xù)好氧生化做準(zhǔn)備，并考慮到廢水中氨氮和總磷的超標(biāo)，必須設(shè)施好氧—缺氧的交替運(yùn)行環(huán)境來達(dá)到硝化—反硝化的交替運(yùn)行來達(dá)到脫氮除磷的效果，此處通過設(shè)置水解酸化池將后續(xù)好氧處理出水部分回流至水解酸化池來實現(xiàn)。
  （2）廢水經(jīng)過水解酸化池后進(jìn)入好氧池，此處將好氧池分為兩段，它的好處在于在不同的好氧段，微生物根據(jù)環(huán)境不同而呈現(xiàn)空間的分布，具備針對性，有著更好的去除效果。
  （3）廢水經(jīng)過前端各個生化處理設(shè)施處理后，有機(jī)污染負(fù)荷很大程度得到降解。但廢水中色度依然難以達(dá)標(biāo)，為了對色度的去除，同時考慮對COD的降低和氨氮及總磷的降低，可設(shè)置混凝沉淀池并投加針對性藥劑。
  （4）二級反沖沉淀池出水，進(jìn)入消毒池進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格消毒，然后最終達(dá)標(biāo)排放。

First, the necessity of slaughtering waste water treatment
In the process of slaughtering, there will inevitably be a certain amount of waste water, such as disintegrated flushing, ground washing and other wastewater. These pollutants, such as fat and protein, directly discharged into the water body without treatment, which will cause serious eutrophication to their surrounding environment and seriously destroy the self purification ability of water bodies, resulting in blackening and odor of water, affecting the environment and agricultural irrigation. Thus, the treatment equipment of slaughterhouse wastewater has become an essential link.
Two. Treatment process of slaughterhouse wastewater

Three, treatment process of slaughterhouse wastewater

(3) after the wastewater is treated by various biochemical treatment facilities in the front end, the organic pollution load is degraded to a great extent. In order to remove the chroma and consider the decrease of COD and the decrease of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus, coagulating sedimentation tank can be set up and targeted agents should be added.
