醫(yī)院污水處理設(shè)備中氣浮機(jī)工作原理高壓容器氣浮機(jī)工作原理：氣浮設(shè)備是使懸浮物附著氣泡而上升到水面，從而分離水和懸浮物的水處理設(shè)備。也有使水中表面活性劑附著在氣泡表面上浮，從而與水分離，稱為泡沫氣浮法。氣浮法使用的設(shè)備，包括完成分離過程的氣浮池和產(chǎn)生氣泡的附屬設(shè)備。水處理中，氣浮法可用于沉淀法不適用的場合，以分離比重接近于水和難以沉淀的懸浮物，例如油脂、纖維、藻類等，也可用以濃縮活性污泥。
    氣浮機(jī)工作主要依靠懸浮物表面有親水和憎水之分。憎水性顆粒表面容易附著氣泡，因而可用氣浮法。親水性顆粒用適當(dāng)?shù)幕瘜W(xué)藥品處理后可以轉(zhuǎn)為憎水性。水處理中的氣浮法，常用混凝劑使膠體顆粒結(jié)成為絮體，絮體具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)，容易截留氣泡，從而提高氣浮效率。再者，水中如有表面活性劑（如洗滌劑）可形成泡沫，也有附著懸浮顆粒一起上升的作用。加壓溶氣氣浮設(shè)備是將清水加壓至（3-4）×105Pa，同時加入空氣，使空氣溶解于水，然后驟然減至常壓，溶解于水的空氣以微小氣泡形式（氣泡直徑約為20-50μm左右），從水中析出，將水中的懸浮物顆粒載浮于水面。從而實現(xiàn)固-液分離。加壓溶氣氣浮設(shè)備是應(yīng)用范圍較為廣泛的一種氣浮設(shè)備。該設(shè)備可以廣泛適用于各類廢水處理（尤其是含油廢水處理）、污泥濃縮及給水處理?？諝馔ㄟ^泵送入壓力容氣罐,在0.5Mpa壓力下被強(qiáng)制溶解在水中，在突然釋放的情況下，溶解在水中的空氣析出，形成大量至密的微氣泡群，在緩慢上升過程中吸附懸浮物，使懸浮物密度下降而上浮，達(dá)到去除SS和CODcr的目的。當(dāng)進(jìn)水SS在100mg/L～500mg/L 時，裝置的SS去除率應(yīng)大于80%；當(dāng)SS大于500mg/L小于等于2500mg/L時，裝置的SS去除率應(yīng)大于90%。
