養(yǎng)殖污水處理工藝流程如下：  格柵→調(diào)節(jié)池→提升泵→氣浮→A/O接觸生化池→二沉池→消毒排放   污泥濃縮池→廂式壓濾機(jī)→外運(yùn)（上清液、濾出液回至泵房調(diào)節(jié)池） 污水部分：  綜合污水自流入格柵，大顆粒固體和漂浮物被攔截，出水進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池，污水經(jīng)水量水質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié)和預(yù)曝氣后，用泵提升至隔油沉淀池，除去懸浮態(tài)油脂后進(jìn)入氣浮系統(tǒng)除去乳化態(tài)油后進(jìn)入復(fù)合式A/O生物反應(yīng)池，進(jìn)行缺氧-好氧生化處理，完成氨氮處理的硝化反硝化過程。好氧段在懸浮生長的活性污泥及附著生長的生物膜的共同作用下將有機(jī)物降解。出水經(jīng)沉淀去除剩余懸浮物后，再經(jīng)紫外線消毒后排放至城市管網(wǎng)。  污泥部分：  二沉池污泥部分回流至復(fù)合式生物反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)，剩余污泥與隔油沉淀池產(chǎn)生的污泥一起自流到污泥濃縮池進(jìn)行濃縮處理，進(jìn)入污泥脫水機(jī)干化，干污泥定期清理外運(yùn)。柵渣消毒后作為固體垃圾外運(yùn)。

The process of aquaculture wastewater treatment process is as follows: grid, regulation pool to lifting pump, flotation, A/O contact, two sink the pond, biochemical pool disinfection discharge sludge concentration tank, filter press, Sinotrans (supernatant, the filtrate returned to the pump regulating pool) part: comprehensive sewage sewage flowing into grid, large particles of solid and floating is blocked, the effluent into the regulation pool, sewage water quality regulation and pre aeration, pump to remove grease tank, remove emulsified oil into the composite A/O biological reaction tank of suspended oil into the flotation system, lack of oxygen - aerobic biochemical treatment, complete nitrification and denitrification process of ammonia nitrogen processing. The aerobic segment degrades the organic matter under the joint action of the suspended activated sludge and the attached biofilm.
